At the end of June, I was given advice about a pair of hiking boots. I actually just wanted to see if the store carried hiking boots. After trying on a few shoes with the attentive and enthusiastic support of the salesperson, I found a great pair. I've never had shoes that fit so well, and I've been reconsidered of the importance of a local specialist retailer. I hope the store reopens!

Customer service is offered by some employees only to a specific clientele (young female customers) so they can flirt. I visited this branch hoping to get proper advice and purchase a specific product. The first employee, an older but friendly woman, asked me to go upstairs, where I would be assisted and find the products I was looking for. I waited there for assistance, even though a young man was present. After the customers ahead of me had been served, and it was my turn, I was ignored. A few younger female customers had arrived, and they were promptly served. Even after that, I continued to be ignored because more women came upstairs. After more than 45 minutes, I was completely fed up! This is unacceptable. If the salesperson only wants to serve women, then perhaps the idea of ​​opening an Intersport store exclusively for women, with male sales staff, should be considered. This has nothing to do with your claim of customer friendliness and helpful advice, which is actually one of your strengths and the reason people visit your store in the first place.

I went back to this store today after a long time because I received a gift certificate. I spent ages looking for affordable items (even with the certificate). At the checkout, the manager threw away my certificate even though I still had some credit left. After I noticed, she didn't even apologize and instead rudely and unnecessarily berated the staff member for "taking too long" to retrieve my certificate from the trash. The sports bottle I bought had a huge price tag stuck to it, the adhesive of which was extremely difficult to remove by scraping and scrubbing, leaving the bottle already showing signs of wear. This store is the worst and only suitable for rich, privileged people who might like to be treated like dirt. Anyone who treats customers and employees like this shouldn't be running their own business. Conclusion: Prices too high Humanity too low

A good sports shop, but very expensive. The customer service is good; you can usually find what you need here. Unfortunately, the selection of sports shoes is rather small. Backpacks and hiking boots are also available. In addition, you can buy sportswear in all sizes.

Very friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman! Everything a football fan could want. Prices are a bit high, but still reasonable. Especially with children, you shouldn't experiment with fit and size. There's a very centrally located parking garage at the Veybach Center. Highly recommended!

We went to the store today to buy sportswear for my wife. After browsing without finding anything suitable, my wife asked the sales assistant on the ground floor for help with a specific question. She was already heading towards the rack when she noticed an older couple (about 10 years older than us) entering the store. Apparently influenced by their seemingly wealthy appearance, she changed direction and began assisting them. We have never experienced such ignorance and rudeness in our lives. Was it simply because we were wearing casual leisurewear today? When we pointed this out, we received the expectedly rude and curt reply. We then left the store and completed our extensive shopping at a competitor's. We won't be going back to that store anytime soon.
