After my rim wasn't repaired by the competitors of Fahrradingenieur in Königsdorf within ten weeks, I brought my rim, which also had some broken spokes, to Fahrradingenieur. The owner, Axel, was very friendly and promised to repair the rim promptly and get back to me. Within a week, I was able to pick up the beautifully and professionally repaired rim for a very fair price. If anything else happens to my bike that I can't fix myself, I'll gladly take it back to Fahrradingenieur Axel. Fast, competent, friendly, and also perfectly affordable! What more could you want?

I dropped off my bike on Wednesday for gear adjustment and was able to pick it up on Friday. The gears work perfectly. Excellent value for money! Axel is also incredibly friendly and helpful, keeping me updated via WhatsApp. I'd gladly use his services again!

Highly recommended! Axel is very customer-oriented and reliable. In my case, he worked hard to get a warranty claim from the manufacturer. That this wasn't successful wasn't his fault. He's always there for customers' questions and concerns in a very friendly and constructive way. 👍🏻 Thank you!

I brought my son's bike in for repair for the first time on Wednesday and was able to pick it up on Friday. Very nice and friendly service. The price/performance ratio is also good. We highly recommend them. Thank you for the quick service.

Axel is super nice and very helpful - unfortunately, he couldn't fix the problem on my bike, but that was more likely because Fischer customer service didn't provide him with enough support in solving the problem.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Axel! I was there today for a minor issue. We had a wonderful chat, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit! He's clearly someone who truly understands his craft and is also a passionate cyclist himself. Of course, he was able to help me with my wheel problem. Five stars more than deserved!

I can highly recommend them. Friendly, competent, and the service is excellent. The price for my e-bike inspection was reasonable. I see people dropping off and picking up their bikes every time, which speaks volumes. I had a warranty claim, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Contacting them is easy, and they respond quickly.

This is the second time I've had Axel do various jobs on my mountain bike, which I either failed to do myself or didn't have the right tools. I've always received solid service, and communication and processing are always very friendly, prompt, and customer-oriented. I definitely recommend it!
