I took my e-bike to the repair shop last week because my brakes weren't working. It was repaired the same day at a fair price. Mr. Ackermann and the customer service representative were incredibly nice. This will be our go-to bike shop. Highly recommended :)

We came to the shop today, a Saturday, without an appointment to have the front and rear brakes repaired (brake pads replaced). Despite the high volume of customers, we received quick and very friendly service. We were able to pick up our e-bike the same day. Five stars aren't enough! A definite recommendation and a big thank you to Königsrad.

We spontaneously visited the shop today with our women's e-bike and were truly impressed with the service. We received immediate, highly professional, and, most importantly, uncomplicated assistance. The advice was competent, honest, and completely transparent regarding pricing – no hidden costs, everything was clearly communicated. You can immediately tell that expertise, experience, and customer focus come together here. This is exactly the kind of bike shop you want in your neighborhood! We highly recommend them and would definitely go back.

While trying to find a new repair shop for my no-longer-rideable e-bike, I came across Königsrad. They helped me quickly, clearly, and kindly, even though I hadn't bought the bike there.

Incredibly friendly staff. I brought my old Gazelle bike, which I hadn't bought locally, in for repair. They were incredibly helpful and the advice was excellent. With such an old bike, a few things came up during the repair process that weren't immediately obvious. However, they always called to check if I wanted them addressed or not. In the end, I got a completely refurbished bike back, and they even stayed within my budget! :) I'll be back! :) But hopefully not too soon...

Very friendly and professional service! I had a problem with my hydraulic brakes, and I received quick and competent help. The repair was completed in about 15 minutes, and everything is working perfectly again. You can immediately tell that they work with experience and care. 💯👍

The repair of two children's bikes took a terribly long time, but that's probably due to the high demand for good bicycle repair services. Ms. Strobel and Mr. Ackermann are very nice, both bikes are now in perfect working order, and the price was perfectly reasonable.

I can only recommend it to everyone. I've been there twice. Once for a consultation, which was very good. You could tell the focus was really on advice and not on sales! The second time, it was a repair. All promises were kept. The invoice included things that were actually carried out. It went a bit better than usual, and the price was also reduced. Upon pickup, even the smallest problem was fixed. It really couldn't be better! 6 stars out of 5! Thank you Peter Dörr Oberaußem

Great experience here! I dropped by without an appointment with my broken rim. They took the time to remove the gears from the old rim and mount them on a new one, adjust everything, and within 20 minutes I was able to drive on. Very friendly and highly recommended <3
