I bought my gravel bike last week. I simply walked in, described what I wanted, and received excellent advice. I was able to test ride a few of the bikes, and the friendly salesperson explained things to me and helped with aspects I didn't know. All in all, a good experience, but I wish they had a better presentation of sportier road bikes/gravel bikes, etc. The selection of models wasn't particularly large.

We were looking for a bicycle for our son. Here, we received a great deal of time and attention. The advice was excellent. They were very patient and let us test everything on the test track, adjusting and fine-tuning everything as needed. We felt very comfortable and bought the bicycle with complete confidence. I had registered in advance and arranged an appointment for the test ride. The e-bike was ready to ride at the agreed time, and I was able to take a few laps on the test track and then take the bike home with me immediately. The advice I received was very competent. I'll definitely be back.

Up until now, we've only bought accessories from Kraft Rad in Frechen and had already had good experiences with their advice. Now we were able to confirm that we also received competent, helpful, and unobtrusive advice when buying an e-bike. The price, quality, and pick-up service were all excellent.

The selection of bicycles is very large. My impression was that all the bikes are of very good quality and that there's a suitable bicycle for every taste and need. I received expert advice from a very friendly salesperson and ultimately decided on a folding bike. All in all, I can highly recommend this shop.

Polite but they do not provide any maintenance/repairing services on MTB not sold by them. Perfect formula to lose new customers. Sorry for them.

Today I’ve experienced the rudeness and lack of attention mentioned several times on this review. A brand takes years for gaining trust and respect from customers, and it’s easily destroyed due the terrible performance of those who should defend it. A staff that I just can refer as unprepared and unprofessional, incapable of representing a company and its business. The disrespect, disregard, and contempt with a customer is something that I have never seen on my trips around the world. I’d never expect to witness that in Germany. If you value your time, your money, and yourself, make sure you’ll never step in this shop.

I went to 6 other ebike stores but bought my ebike here. They sell the best brands and have enormous choice.
