I was there today. I received quick and excellent advice, and the problem was fixed immediately. (11 months ago) I went back to Demir with the same bike (only this one). It was pulled upright again right away, we looked at it together, and he not only had good spare parts readily available but also great ideas with a sense of humor and is fair in terms of price.

The whole place reeks of cigarettes. Everything is incredibly messy and greasy. And the prices are ridiculously unfair! Never again.

That guy is just a sleazy rip-off artist. He wanted to give two Fox and RoxShox suspension cables for 10 euros, haha. One alone costs around 300 euros. He's and always will be a rip-off artist, never go there. I had to give him one star, which deeply offends me. Because this rip-off artist doesn't deserve a single cent. Think about it.

We won't stoop to their level.<br><br>We turned them away that day because they couldn't say where the suspension fork came from.<br><br>No receipt, no proof. Why didn't they list it on eBay Classifieds? Will the owner even be able to find or see their merchandise there? Please, we've been in business for 20 years, and we know who we don't buy from.<br><br>Go sell it somewhere else, behind an arcade.

Absolutely not recommended. We had a flat tire which we tried to repair using tire sealant. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so we took the bike in and asked them to install a new inner tube. They quoted us €45 for that. A lot of money, but OK. After asking and pressing them a bit, they told us that they hadn't installed a new inner tube or patched a hole, but had simply turned the wheel to distribute the sealant we had injected. It held for a week, and then the two holes reopened. But at least it only cost €40. Never again, that's blatant fraud!

The service left an extremely negative impression. Initially, we were quoted a price of €35 for a specific problem. An hour later, we received a message that the bicycle was ready, and the next day we came to pick it up. However, surprisingly, the mechanic demanded an additional €50, allegedly for "additional work" that we hadn't been informed about beforehand. It's best to avoid this place.

I had called ahead to ask if he had time to repair my son's brakes today, and he very kindly and politely told me I was welcome to come. We went there; it's a small but excellent shop—he carefully repaired and oiled the bike right in front of us. A huge thank you! A very nice and competent man! I'll definitely be back! A HUGE RECOMMENDATION!!

I got a flat tire during a bike ride and happened to be near a bike repair shop. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon, they changed the inner tube and checked the tire for damage within half an hour. Excellent service and a very fair price to boot.

Small, somewhat chaotically furnished, but fully equipped bike shop. My bike was immediately hoisted up to the ceiling on two ropes and inspected. Together we were able to look at the problem, and a good price was offered. At my request, the bike was repaired right away. I'm thrilled and will gladly come back. Friendly and funny owner. Uncomplicated and quick.
