The salesperson appeared disinterested and unengaged, with little effort to communicate or assist us. Instead of being proactive in making a sale, she seemed to be avoiding interaction. It's clear she could benefit from training in customer relations, as her approach lacked the necessary skills to connect with potential buyers. I was initially planning to purchase a bike, but due to her unprofessional behavior, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Sometimes things can go wrong… a good sales person makes no excuses but handles it. Thank you Mr Krause for taking the time to figure out what went wrong and fixed it. So happy to have my bike 😊

Highly competent advice received from Andreas and Marcus Steidele. Originally I only wanted a lamp but I walked out with a handful of useful bike accessories which they even installed for me on my bike directly in the store. Thanks again and I will be back soon

A very nice and professional assistance by Thomas Palzer. He really took the time for us. We could try different bicycles and he helped us to make the right choice! As a dutch-french couple, unfortunately we don't speak German, but Thomas speaks English very well!! Merci pour votre accueil!
