Terrible service. Parts are overpriced. They try to act like a know-it-all even though they have absolutely no clue. They don't even offer help; they're only interested in money. I absolutely cannot recommend them. I finished my bike myself. Order your parts and accessories online instead and don't get ripped off. These know-it-alls only know how to take money from customers, nothing more. I'd rather not even give one star, but otherwise I can't leave a review. It's a shame that shops like this are still open.

Unfriendly boss. You clarify beforehand whether final assembly of a bicycle is part of the service portfolio, which is confirmed in two phone calls. On site, the boss takes one look, says "No, we don't do that," and leaves – without a word of explanation as to why. Completely worthless, thanks for nothing. Even the employee seemed perplexed. Absolutely not recommended. There are nicer and more customer-friendly shops that are also interested in driving their business into the ground.

I was able to take a test ride without an appointment. The subsequent consultation was very productive and professional. I felt well taken care of. I will definitely buy my upcoming bike there. 🔥

Prices are perfectly reasonable. The service is excellent; the owner takes his time for his customers. However, you have to accept that he sometimes turns down jobs. In my opinion (I'm a tradesman myself), that's perfectly legitimate if you stand for quality.

One star is still too many! Unfortunately, I didn't meet the "nice" gentleman in person, but a phone call is perfectly sufficient... on the one hand, he's rude, and on the other, he's arrogant! I bought an e-bike, but I'm having a little trouble with certain screws... so I sought help at this workshop... Unfortunately, my €700 bike wasn't high enough for the gentleman, and he immediately declined help and said I was "out of the running." As I said, I wasn't there in person and don't know the quality of the work!! I'm only judging the customer service here, and that is: Sit down!! 6!!!!!!

Expert advice; the mechanic spontaneously took care of my bike and even explained why the brakes were squeaking. The repair was professional, without any attempt to sell me additional parts! I'd gladly use them again!

I had two grinding noises coming from my cross bike that I couldn't identify. I called on Friday and was able to come by on Saturday without any hassle. With just a few quick adjustments, the owner silenced everything. I also received some helpful tips. Excellent service. Completely competent! Thanks again!

Great service, perfect advice, and good prices. A competent workshop and quick help in the morning if it's not anything major. You and your bike are in the very best hands. For me, this is the absolute top address in Gelsenkirchen if you have a problem with your bike, just want it checked out, or need your annual service. Keep it up!

I would strongly advise against using this garage. They are unable to diagnose the problem with a flat tire, and even when asked, they only provide vague answers about what work was actually done. If you point out the issue, they refuse to rectify it and leave you high and dry. I can confirm the owner's arrogance and condescension, which has already been mentioned in other reviews.
