I had my RockShox Boxxer fork and RockShox shock serviced. The process was inexpensive, quick, and straightforward. The fork works like new again and looks great too. Communication was excellent and very easy throughout. Highly recommended – I would definitely do it again!

Great service! After having my defective shock repaired in 2024, I took advantage of the Black Friday discount in 2025 and also had the Fox fork on my e-MTB serviced. I sent the fork to Trailfire via DHL and received the serviced fork back a week later with new oil, seals, and a sag ring. Everything was perfect at a fair price. You should always have such maintenance done off-season in winter. The defect in the Fox DPX shock occurred in the spring, and unfortunately, it took three weeks until it was repaired and returned. Increased repair volume and the associated waiting times are well known in the bicycle industry.

Customer service is truly excellent here! I ordered a seal kit for my fork, which, according to the manufacturer (not the shop!), should have been compatible with my model. Unfortunately, the manufacturer's information proved incorrect in my case, but I had already slightly damaged the seals during the installation attempt, so a return wasn't an option. I informed the shop owner of this issue so that other customers wouldn't encounter the same problem. And that's where Trailfire-Bikes' exceptional dedication began: they requested photos and measurements from me to understand the problem, sourced a suitable replacement, and provided it to me free of charge, along with tips and relevant links for my fork model. Such service is rare these days in the anonymous world of online shopping! They could have easily ignored my complaint. A huge thank you and much praise to the Trailfire-Bikes team. I almost never write reviews, but this level of service deserves one. Thumbs up! 👍

Two shocks for servicing, a fork purchased and installed. Shocks of a brand that can't be named, which are always leaking air and oil, were expertly refurbished, and the repair is long-lasting. A suspension fork was ordered – the fork went missing due to the delivery service, which happens. I was always kept informed of the status, thank you Mrs. Beyer!!! The fork was installed on-site with Mr. Beyer. I received compensation, coffee, and incredible chocolate croissants (more like chocolate cakes). Communication can be a little slow at times, due to the current shortages at manufacturers and service providers. However, appointments are strictly adhered to. I'm extremely satisfied. Very friendly and helpful initial contact by phone. The recommendation came from Edelhelfer Dortmund, then I booked an appointment and service online. Absolutely child's play. Since Gelsenkirchen isn't far from me, I was able to drop it off in person, which they gladly accepted, and then pick it up again myself. Another perfect and friendly welcome. Including a bit of small talk and valuable tips for better adjusting the fork and shock. Absolutely recommended. The fork and shock work better than when it was new, or maybe I'd gradually gotten used to the fork and shock deteriorating :-)

Disappointing experience – poor quality control and poor service Unfortunately, I can't share the positive reviews of other users. During my first fork service, the volume spacers were not installed correctly – they were loose in the air chamber, causing noise and functional problems. A clear indication of lacking or inadequate quality control. It took about 2.5 weeks to process the complaint. Immediately after my first ride with the returned fork, a noticeable cracking noise was audible. My renewed complaint has not yet been responded to. Overall, disappointing – both in terms of workmanship and customer service.

Very pleasant contact. Deadlines are met, and the work is executed flawlessly. In my case, after about four months, there was a problem with the rear shock absorber (stuck down). The team was very quick and accommodating in helping =) Thanks, and see you at the next service!

I sent my suspension fork and rear shock in for service. The different service packages are well described on the website and listed with prices. I think that's great. A possible appointment date is also displayed (I overlooked this and sent the package straight away – my own fault). I then asked when they could start work. They responded promptly and explained the situation. During the repair, an alternative replacement part was offered because the original one wasn't available. Again, they contacted me quickly and found a solution right away. The parts were then delivered to me after the service with DHL tracking. After I installed the parts, I took my first test ride. It was a completely new riding experience. After the first ride, I had further questions about the work performed, which were also answered promptly. I would like to thank the entire team again for their work and the outstanding communication from order to completion. I will definitely recommend the service and would be happy to be a repeat customer. Thank you very much and best regards 👏🏻👍🏻

I'm very satisfied. The Fox shock and ZEB work better after the full service than they did from the factory. This may also be due to the recommendation to install Tokens to perfectly tune my Kenevo for jump lines. All at a fair price. Nico is an absolute expert; you can immediately tell he's a mountain biker himself. My next service will definitely be at Trail Fire Bikes 👌
