I've had my e-bike repaired there several times. The repairs were always carried out very quickly and thoroughly. The repair costs were also reasonable. I always received friendly service.

If it were possible to give zero stars, this would be the right place! I absolutely cannot recommend this business. Why offer a service if you don't want any customers? It couldn't be more unfriendly.

I have never in my entire life experienced such an unfriendly employee! People like that should never be allowed to work with customers! I am a very tolerant person, but I have never been treated like this before!

I've never experienced anything like this. Don't even think about dropping off your bike here. I've truly never encountered such unfriendly and unenthusiastic service. The way customers are treated here is an absolute disgrace. Utterly unprofessional. There's nothing more to say. I'm speechless! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! 0 STARS - 10 STARS!!!!!

Even if someone gives me money, I absolutely will not go there, never. So unfriendly, so rude. It took two trips just to reach someone, or rather, to find someone there. "It can't be done, it won't work, it doesn't function, you need these documents, you have to call him," is all you ever hear, and all I wanted was to get rid of an 8. I am outraged.

Such an impudent, unfriendly person works there!!!!! Disgusting way he treats customers! Absolutely not recommended. I wouldn't want to leave my €3,000 bike with employees like that. I'll look for the next business partner and can only advise everyone not to enter the store!!! Unbelievable.

Very friendly service; they answered all my questions and found a good and affordable solution for my problem. I had read that it's better to call ahead. Excellent tip! They told me on the phone when someone would be in the store. Top-notch service and an absolutely conscientious employee.

Competent advice, they took their time and explained everything in detail. Opening hours were communicated over the phone beforehand. Everything went smoothly. Top service, highly recommended!

The opening hours are wrong. You wait there until the shop opens, and then the employee stops you at the door and asks what you want... don't they let customers into the shop first? Then you ask for a bearing and the mounting bracket for the headset, and they either don't have it or they don't know the sizes. They say they're too busy assembling bicycles. Oh dear, that's all I can say...

The opening hours listed on the website are Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 11:00 and 15:30 - 17:00. If you look outside the store, the opening hours are no longer valid. I was outside the store today at 9:30, and it was closed. Coincidentally, the mechanic or manager? came by. My request to at least accept the bike was rudely rejected. Customer service is different.
