Tragedy! The store is dark, dirty, terrible service, unpleasant goods, poor selection, miserable disaster of a year! Never again. In Gelsenkirchen it's like heaven and earth.

The store is well-organized, and the clothes are always neatly arranged and easy to find. Everyone on the team is very friendly and always ready to help. The gait analysis is especially helpful for finding your perfect shoe. Highly recommended!

Today I bought another pair of On shoes. This time I was served by a different, but no less friendly, saleswoman. The saleswoman from September also recognized me. I would have liked to buy a second pair, but my size wasn't available. The lady called two other branches and went out of her way to get the shoes I wanted sent to me. I can highly recommend this branch with its exceptionally competent and friendly staff. I'm already looking forward to my next visit in the summer when I check if the sold-out shoes are back in stock. Unfortunately, only 5 stars are possible.
