Complaint and inadequate customer service regarding an awning tent. In August 2025, it will be the anniversary of our purchase of a Fiamma awning tent, which we made at the trade fair in Düsseldorf. At the time of purchase, the seller assured us of an estimated delivery time of approximately four weeks. However, delivery actually took about three months. This delay would have been acceptable in principle – unfortunately, during this period, we were neither informed about the delivery status nor contacted in response to our telephone inquiries. This was particularly frustrating for us, as we had planned to use the awning for our upcoming vacation. After we were finally notified that the awning was on its way and that the shipping company would contact us, another problem arose: The shipping company never contacted us; instead, the package was left unannounced on the street. During the subsequent setup, we were extremely disappointed to discover that the awning tent was damaged: it had a hole, was heavily soiled, the support leg wouldn't extend properly, and there were metal shavings on the awning. I immediately contacted both the seller and Pieper's distribution department – ​​unfortunately, my complaint went unanswered. Even after contacting a lawyer, I received no response whatsoever. I now know that I'm not alone in this experience. Therefore, I recommend that future customers carefully consider where and from whom they purchase such a product.

I ordered from the online shop. The item description stated "ready to ship in 24 hours." After several unanswered inquiries, I canceled the order four days later. Suddenly, I received an email stating that the item had been handed over to the shipping department. It would have taken another two to three days. It's a shame; other online shops are faster.

A company that actually has a good reputation. But in the summer, the alarm system, due to a faulty alarm system, annoys the entire neighborhood. This is the second year that this alarm system has been going off for over seven hours straight. Burglars should have a pretty easy time clearing out the store. It doesn't seem to bother anyone that the alarm is going off. It's a total disgrace.

I ordered a roof window at the trade fair on September 3rd, 2023. They quoted a delivery time of three weeks. After several phone calls where I was repeatedly told it would arrive soon, it finally arrived after eight weeks. In the meantime, I had to cancel our family's autumn camping trip because we couldn't go without the roof window. I was also promised a screw kit as a goodwill gesture, but it was missing from the delivery. Now I'm waiting for it to arrive. At the trade fair, I was at the Fiaama booth, and I thought that if I ordered directly from the manufacturer, I'd get it cheaper and faster. In October, I checked Berger & Co., and lo and behold, the window was available sooner and another €10 cheaper than at the trade fair. I won't be ordering from Pieper again. Sorry.

Completely disreputable online shop. Complaints are not processed. Refunds are only issued after a lawyer's letter! Buy from a reputable shop instead!

I bought 30 meters of stainless steel anchor chain and everything went perfectly. Delivery on the second day! Top-quality product from a German manufacturer – what more could you want?

It's a good thing I didn't rely on the 3.5-star rating and went there anyway. The advice I received when buying an inflatable boat with a motor was excellent. They explained everything clearly, were patient, and didn't try to push anything on me. I got the online price plus the consultation. I found everything I bought to be reasonably priced: the inflatable boat, the motor, and the sunshade. I also ordered an electric pump online afterward, which I couldn't find cheaper anywhere else. I received prompt order confirmation and delivery after two days. Based on the older reviews, something must have changed in management, otherwise I can't explain the negative ratings. Definitely worth the trip.

According to an employee, we were informed well over a week ago that the anchor winch had to be ordered. We were then told that the item should arrive this week. What can I say? We haven't seen a package yet. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone; you're put on hold after 45 minutes. If you call again, an employee answers after 10 minutes, and you're transferred to a different location, where they hang up again. Third attempt, and so far, we've been on hold for 35 minutes, and it certainly won't be any less than the first call. It's a complete disgrace, and customer satisfaction is out of the question. The item is urgently needed, and it's unacceptable that the website states a delivery time of 1-3 business days, and the item still hasn't been delivered after 19 days.

I always pickup gas here for my camper, easy, fast and good service, 3 years now I've been coming here.. For the shop itself I cannot rate I never buy something there. I only fill my gas bottles at the gas department.
