We dropped off several clipper blades from the stable for sharpening. I can only advise against it; one star is too generous. One set of blades came back visibly damaged: several teeth were broken off. All the others were blunt when we dropped them off, but still cut a little. After the "sharpening," none of them even came close to removing any hair. So we complained about everything. At least the visibly broken ones were replaced, and the others were supposed to be sharpened again free of charge... but what can I say? It didn't help at all! None of them cut. We decided against another attempt before there was too little material left and are all hoping that Pieper's workshop didn't ruin them! Unbelievably, the workshop employees even tried to make us feel like we were stupid (misusing the machines)! That doesn't go down well when you've owned horses for over 20 years and clip several horses every autumn! Personally, I will neither buy anything there in the future nor take anything for repair. In the end, it's just a lot of running around without getting satisfactory results.

I ordered an item that was supposedly available within 5 days. I paid for it via PayPal, and suddenly it was supposedly unavailable. I cancelled the order, but received no response. Today I reversed the direct debit payment; unfortunately, this is very unprofessional business practice.

I was there for the first time to buy a putter. They kindly asked if I needed some advice. I received a €20 discount and a head cover at the checkout. I'll be back!

Terrible customer service!! Ordered and paid for a small item on June 22nd!!! No info yet, July 21st. Instead, the customer is forced to answer the phone themselves, only to be told that the golf shop is only available from 12:00 PM and that they should please call again. The basic principle: the only thing that bothers them is the customer. While we understand that the supplier – in this case, Jordan Golf – is sloppy, you have to put pressure on them and, if in doubt, delist them, otherwise you risk losing your reputation. All in all, not worth a single star so far!!! Too bad!!! Two photos for a better understanding. 1: The offer on the website 2: The delivery for €45,- including PayPal fees And Mr. Thiel says that's correct!! At least they took the goods back without any problems and refunded the amount.

Beware when buying gift vouchers!!!! We received a gift voucher from Pieper and wanted to use it for golf equipment. But beware: When purchasing the voucher, you may be redirected to Pieper's boating website. If you order an online voucher there, you can only use it to buy boats or similar items, but definitely not golf or camping equipment. Discussions with management are pointless and a complete waste of time. Our request for a clear indication of this on the website was met with derision. One star because that's the only option!

I had seen a Motorcaddy M5 on display on the Pieper Golf website. After speaking with Mr. Thiel on the phone, I ordered the trolley. When I unpacked and installed the device, I noticed two defects/spots under the display film at the very end. After consulting with Pieper Golf by phone, I sent the device back for return. Two business days later, Mr. Thiel called me and said it was incomprehensible to return the device just because of the two spots on the display: After all, it was a display item. When I insisted on returning the trolley, I was immediately refunded. Overall: smooth and quick processing despite some minor grumbling.

Excellent service, flawless product. The employee was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The telephone service was quick and efficient. I would gladly shop here again!
