My friend Heidi doesn't have internet. I found Jörg Lindemann and told her about Lindemann Bike Service in Gladbeck: In short: the service was excellent, friendly, and they worked quickly and efficiently, catered to the customer's wishes, and the price was acceptable. Then Heidi sent me to Jörg Lindemann. I needed a cost estimate. He acted immediately, looked at my e-bike, and even found damage I hadn't noticed—only a professional could do that. I was at the repair shop earlier today for the first time with my road bike (which I unfortunately broke briefly). I received immediate help; it was repaired and adjusted to my needs. Most importantly, I got some valuable tips! We'll be back!

Top-notch bike repair shop, with a real attention to detail. The owner takes his time, and he provides super-fast service without an appointment. He even serviced an e-bike from Aldi. Thanks to Mr. Lindemann for the excellent advice and all the cycling tips. This is now my go-to bike repair shop.

I had major problems with my seatpost/suspension that I couldn't fix myself. I took my bike there and they helped me immediately – with patience, expertise, and a wealth of experience. And all at a very fair price. Hats off to them! Highly recommended!

I was there two years ago with a broken spoke on one of my road bike wheels. They did a fantastic job. At big shops like Meinhövel, they told me getting a replacement spoke would take forever, and then I'd have to wait until some indefinite date to get an appointment. Here, they helped me so quickly and without any hassle. And all without an appointment. Great!

The service deserves more than 5 stars. You can tell they put a lot of heart and soul into it. Super fast, uncomplicated help without an appointment. I'll be back again and again. Very competent advice; you feel like your bike is in good hands :)

Simply the best shop! I dropped by spontaneously without an appointment, they spent an hour working on my brakes, adjusted the handlebars and cockpit without me even asking, fixed the saddle, and all for an amazing price! The big shops can't compete when it comes to skill and service. I've gained a new customer and highly recommend them.

Highly recommended! I based my decision on the previous reviews here and, after my first spontaneous visit to Mr. Lindemann, I can only confirm the positive feedback! He was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and even provided immediate and calm assistance with my brakes. That's very rare these days... After some very negative experiences here in Gladbeck, I can only say that I've now found a garage I can trust and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

This was our first time at Jörg Lindemann's shop. He does fantastic work and really knows his stuff – it's true craftsmanship. Our bikes are now perfectly adjusted to our needs, and you can definitely feel the difference when riding. The bikes were ready within just a few days, and it wasn't just routine maintenance. This is now our go-to bike shop. 👍 Thanks for the great service!
