The service and staff were absolutely terrible, and anyone who orders clothes can inherit them from their descendants if they even arrive that long. I've never waited so long for clothes and been let down so completely.

We've been there repeatedly because of the discounts for football club members. However, they're very reluctant to offer advice, and you have to actively request it. This is especially difficult when buying shoes. On several occasions, we've also encountered a sales assistant who was incredibly rude to the children and took out her frustration about software problems at the checkout on all the customers. So today we've decided to return everything and buy online.

A fantastic sports shop where you immediately feel welcome. I've been a customer for many years and always enjoy coming back. The sales ladies are simply fantastic – incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in their customers. You can tell that the advice they provide is provided with passion. Thank you for this exceptional service – I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I can't understand the negative reviews regarding customer service. We received immediate and competent advice on children's football boots, and the prices were reasonable. So everything was perfect.

The store is really great, but the staff don't seem to care about customers (that's how it appears to me). I was only briefly in the fitting room to look at myself or something (I didn't buy anything). Afterwards, I went out to continue looking for shoes, but the employee followed me and asked if I could open my backpack because I supposedly stole something or might have stolen something.

We were there about 4 weeks ago with my son. The employee didn't give us any advice at all, she just said that the soccer shoes are in front. I found it very bad. After the second question whether they would help us, there was a young employee who gave us good advice (Leon). The lady is very unfriendly as a saleswoman. We had the same problem with her a year ago. If it happens again, we won't go there anymore.
