I've been a Zweirad Happe customer for over 20 years. I'm once again impressed by the friendliness and excellent service. I had my inner tube and rear tire replaced. Mr. Happe also fixed my gears and replaced the battery in my display. I would buy my bike here again and again.

And once again, I received help in no time. This will remain my trusted bike shop. Because if something isn't right, the owners take the time to investigate and don't just try to sell me something. You'll keep me as a customer. It's great that there are still shops like this!

It's interesting to read all the reviews. My wife and I have only positive things to say about the past 30 years, during which we've purchased children's bicycles for our daughter and, more recently, our e-bikes from Happe in Zweckel. We've always received excellent, friendly service, no stress when scheduling repairs or inspections, and the work is carried out reliably and to a high standard. Therefore, without a doubt, 5 stars from us!

Zweirad Happe is not recommended! Zero customer service! The lady on the phone is very unfriendly and arrogant. When I asked about a workshop appointment (several times), the lady repeatedly responded with excuses, more words, etc. I tried to give them a chance to support local businesses, but to no avail. New customer at Meinhövel GE.

I wanted to bring my bicycle in for repair. However, I was turned away by an unfriendly woman who said this wasn't possible because I hadn't bought the bicycle from Zweirad Happe. This is incomprehensible to me, especially since they advertise a repair service on their website. I cannot recommend this shop.

Highly recommended! After a large bicycle retailer indicated they weren't interested in repairing my 5-year-old bike, I came here on a recommendation. My bike was repaired quickly and professionally, the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was more than fair! I'll definitely buy my next bike here!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. Their service is rather poor. I brought my bike in because I wanted a new saddle, and what would be a standard service elsewhere (simply fitting the saddle) was charged for there. I would have also liked to have my bike inspected in the spring, but that's not offered either. It's a shame, as many shops advertise this service; this shop seems solely focused on making sales. That's disappointing, because without the service, I'd buy my bike cheaper online.

Very unfriendly on the phone. I wanted to have my two inner tubes replaced there for convenience. The first question was whether I had bought my bike there, which I denied. Then they couldn't give me an appointment (we're talking about inner tubes here, not a complete replacement). I should just replace them myself or simply buy two new bikes there, then it would be fine 😂👍 In my opinion, a very questionable answer. Well, it seems the local shop is doing too well. I've definitely never contacted them again.

Very friendly and competent. We always enjoy coming back. We recently ordered two e-bikes through Jobrad. Fast delivery and service with no waiting time.
