I bought my new Basso gravel bike at this bike shop and I'm absolutely thrilled! Even the initial consultation was exceptionally thorough and professional. They took plenty of time to answer all my questions and work with me to find the perfect configuration. They even took precise measurements to ensure the bike was perfectly fitted to my height – a level of service you really don't find everywhere. The ordering process was seamless, and the bike was assembled in the shop with meticulous care and according to my individual preferences. Small accessories and adjustments were also taken care of immediately. I'd especially like to highlight the outstanding customer service: you can tell they truly value customer satisfaction. Even after the purchase, you can always drop by with questions or problems. And their expertise is second to none! The entire purchase was part of my company bike lease, and they handled all the paperwork; I just had to get it approved by my employer. The shop also stocks everything you could possibly need for cycling – from saddlebags to spare parts. I feel completely at ease here and have found my new go-to bike shop. Highly recommended!

Absolutely top-notch! Competent and friendly advice, fast order processing, truly amazing! I had the rear tire on my Cube e-bike repaired and replaced. It was replaced flawlessly, and thanks to professional advice from the shop owner, high-quality, puncture-proof Schwalbe tires were fitted! Thank you for the smooth and quick repair. 🙂👍

We were looking for a children's bike. We ended up in the store by chance. We received absolutely excellent advice for our child. An adult who could also put himself in the shoes of a 6-year-old boy. The bike was listed and we were able to pick it up after just three days. Upon picking it up, my wife and I also felt like riding a bike. Long story short, great advice and two new Kettler bikes for us. Upon picking it up, we even received a loaner bike rack to transport the bikes. That was also great service. 5-star advice with excellent service. Best, JP

Incredibly customer-oriented and helpful in every situation. I arrived just before closing time with my broken light, and they took care of it quickly, even 10 minutes before closing – I was actually supposed to get an appointment for the near future, but they helped me immediately. We have been regular customers for several years and have our bikes (e-bikes and children's bikes) serviced here regularly. We feel we receive expert service and the prices are reasonable. The maintenance work itself is also very satisfactory. Providing a loaner bike has never been a problem. When buying bikes, we have always received expert advice, especially regarding children's bikes. We have also had positive experiences selling used bikes on our behalf. They sold our used children's bikes with great dedication and achieved realistic prices. Overall, we appreciate the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. Appointments were always kept reliably. Even with urgent problems, we always received assistance.

Sometime during my childhood, I cracked my tailbone and, in pain, went to this bike shop with my husband after a bike ride. Even though we didn't have an appointment, the owner took a lot of time with us and we spent over two hours there. First, he measured exactly which saddle was right for me and fitted it right away. He also recommended padded cycling shorts – all for my husband as well. He also volunteered to adjust our bikes, as neither the seating positions nor the handlebars were adjusted correctly. A week later, my husband had it serviced and ordered some new parts for his Koga bike. The owner really made an effort, and after just a few days, my husband was able to pick up the bike. Everything was done to his satisfaction, and the bike rides great again. The owner also got a seat post for the bike, which was specially made for him, as there were no other seat posts available for this bike. I was told that my bike was still in good condition, so I didn't need to do anything. I just had Robin install a new bell. Our conclusion: We can 100% recommend this bike shop. The advice was very friendly and competent. So, 5 ***** from us and a huge THANK YOU for the quick help! That's something you can't take for granted these days, and we really appreciate it!
