Today, the workshop impressed me once again! A problem with the sensor unit on my bicycle (from Fahrrad Kraus, of course) led to an unscheduled visit. Even though the workshop was very busy, Michael Kaesgen and his team helped me immediately and without any red tape. Friendly and competent… Once again, I wasn't disappointed and I'm so glad we bought our bicycles from a specialist retailer!

The men arrived punctually at nine, almost simultaneously with me, at the workshop door. I was served immediately for the 1000 km service. Even before the agreed hour was up, my bike was ready to go, heading for the exit. Later, I discovered I'd also received a text message about it. Everything went well. Perhaps not important, but I missed the usual cheerful composure; everyone seemed a bit tense this time. They even appeared annoyed right from the start. I hope it was just a coincidence.

I always take my bike to Fahrrad Kraus. Not just because I lease it there, but because the service is simply fantastic. The staff are always very friendly, helpful, and competent. They also explain everything that's been done. My bike is always ready on time. I'll continue to take my bike to Kraus in the future because the service is easy, fast, and incredibly friendly. Thank you so much... you're doing a great job!

I had a specific e-bike in mind and emailed to ask if I could take it for a test ride. I received immediate feedback by email and phone, confirming I could come by anytime. Fahrrad Kraus also had the e-bike at an unbeatable price. Everything went smoothly on-site; after a test ride and a small deposit, I was able to pick up my bike a week later. They even gave me a thorough briefing. Everything was great! The only downside...it can get quite crowded, especially on Saturdays. Other people seem to like the shop too :-)

The advice I received when buying the e-bike was really excellent. However, the service is unfriendly and incredibly poor. I arrived 20 minutes early for my scheduled service appointment and just wanted to drop the bike off. I was told I had to wait outside. This has now happened twice. But I'll definitely never go back... Thank goodness there are other dealers.

Our workshop is closed for lunch between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. You arrived before your scheduled appointment and were asked by our staff, who were waiting outside the workshop, to wait until we reopened so that your bicycle could be processed according to the standard procedure.<br><br>We regret that you perceived the situation differently. However, your general assessment of our service does not reflect the actual events that occurred that day.<br><br>We place great importance on transparent processes, reliability, and treating all our customers with respect. Top-notch customer service!! After experiencing some issues with the purchase of two children's bicycles from an online shop, I contacted Fahrrad Kraus and received the kind of customer service you hope for. Even if the bikes weren't purchased there, they still offer a roadworthiness inspection at a fair price. A special thank you goes to Mr. Käsgen, who professionally handled my request and took the time to assist me as a customer. Definitely my go-to bike shop!

The most important thing: We bought two KTM Macina Style FS Prime Di2 e-bikes in sizes 45 and 51 here in November 2025. Important: We live about 400 km away, and because the price was very high, online contact was extremely important for us. My experience: 1. Online contact was easy. Every question was answered immediately (within a maximum of 12 hours) (Thanks to Mr. Winz! Great job!). 2. Our two "old" KTM e-bikes were taken in part exchange for a very fair price. 3. On the day we dropped them off, our two bikes were ready for a test ride, which we thoroughly enjoyed. During this time, our previous bikes were inspected by the workshop and found to be without fault. 4. The company took care of almost everything for the return trip: racks, mounting hardware, and accessories. Disadvantages: 1. No parking space in front of the building, but if you look, you'll find one. 😊 (Greetings from Google Maps!) Conclusion: When making a purchase of over €10,000, it's difficult at our age 😉 to rely on online communication. We took a risk, and we won! This company deserves the "Made in Germany" label if they follow the guidelines.

Didn't get my ordered wheel after 4 months. Even had to argue my right to get money back. 5 times I heard lies that it will be there soon(e.g. by the end of the week) No customer orientation, only lies. I'm really surprised how this place is still working.
