For me personally, the best bike shop I've ever been to, with absolutely empathetic, personal, and individualized service. Setting up my job bike leasing was incredibly easy and hassle-free. The advice was perfectly tailored to my needs, my dog's, and my budget. Thank you so much 🙏 Update ♥️🧚 Due to a change of employer, I also changed my bike and, thanks to exceptional advice and support, as well as a change in the length of my commute, I'm now riding a Max&Maelon ♥️. It's an all-terrain cargo bike with tilting and swiveling technology, and I've never ridden such a fantastic bike before ♥️🪶

Reliable is an understatement. Emails are answered only by chance, and more often not at all. The chaotic impression upon entering the "store" was unfortunately confirmed. I won't be shopping there again. The alternative in Cologne is spontaneously helpful and reachable.

Highly recommended specialist company! At BraunFlaig, you feel in good hands from the very beginning. The advice is competent, honest, and personalized – you can tell they have a real passion for bicycles and mobility. I was particularly impressed by the wide range of specialty and cargo bikes, as well as the excellent support for customized solutions. The after-sales service is also first-class. Many thanks to the entire team – this is how mobility is fun.
