I was there for the first time with a bike I bought elsewhere, which was a bit awkward. However, this wasn't even mentioned, and I was welcomed as a new customer with a very friendly, matter-of-fact attitude. The repair was completed the next day. €103 for a new rear tire, inner tube, brake pad, new grips, and assembly—someone else should try that. Super cheap; I would have easily paid more for having my bike restored to top condition. The lady in the salesroom was super nice, and I chatted with her in a friendly, relaxed manner. I can't imagine the atmosphere in the workshop isn't the same. Thank you for your work. Best regards, Paul

Customer service is still a top priority here. The inspection is completed in one day. At Birkenstock, I would have had to drop the bike off for one day, have the inspection done for another day, and pick it up the following day. Three days, including a 100 km ride – they need to rethink their organization.

From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by the contact via email, telephone, and in the store. The staff were competent, friendly, and simply customer-oriented, even though I purchased a heavily discounted e-bike, the Oegasus Premio EVO 19 Lite. All my questions, and there were quite a few, were answered expertly, and additional requests were accommodated, naturally for an extra charge. Thank you again.

A truly fantastic shop! Even making an appointment online was super easy, and confirmation arrived within a very short time. The entire process is perfectly organized: drop off your bike, get a diagnosis, a quick call – and pick it up again later. Everything went absolutely smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent, the work is outstanding, and the team is very friendly. You really feel like you're in good hands here. I'd definitely be happy to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the shop!
