Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star to leave a review, and it doesn't deserve it. I've been waiting for my paid-for goods since January. First, I was told that JAKO was having delivery problems, but now the lady in charge isn't responding at all; she's neither answering emails nor taking the phone. The branch in Grevenbroich is closed during its supposed opening hours. And since it's team clothing, I know I'm not the only one waiting. Definitely not recommended!!!

My custom-printed T-shirt was printed promptly and exactly as requested. And all at a very fair price! They even cater to the little ones when you pick it up in the store. I'm already thinking about my next T-shirt... 😉
