Based on my years of experience in carnival, I can only offer positive feedback. Our club has been ordering from them for over 15 years (without any problems) – and I myself am ordering from them for the sixth time now, and I can always say that I receive exactly the goods I ordered. The entire process, from the initial idea to implementation and delivery, is professionally managed, and you receive constant updates. The communication is always friendly! So, all in all – highly recommended and a fantastic company doing excellent work.

The city prince from our club ordered his princely medals there (quite a few) and also senator's medals. Now they refuse to submit a bid, claiming that the contract went to a competitor last time and that they received too many inquiries. Their email communication is absolutely not customer-friendly.

Definitely 5 stars. Everything went perfectly from the initial contact to delivery. The telephone support was excellent. The ordered item matched the description. The lettering was applied flawlessly. Each item was individually packaged to prevent damage during transport by the parcel service (GLS). Thank you for the wonderful service. Due to an unfortunate turn of events, we had to order our carnival medals at very short notice, and Vereinsbedarf Sack was the only competitor to offer a delivery date that was even remotely suitable. From the initial consultation to the final artwork and the order process, everything was handled very professionally, courteously, and friendly by the staff member. The promised delivery date, which was already very tight, was even met a week earlier than anticipated. The quality of the medals is excellent. The colors, 3D effects, and material are outstanding. We will definitely order from them again for the next carnival season. Thank you for the excellent cooperation.
