After arranging a service call, I drove by the next day and was immediately met with a friendly, attentive, and professionally competent diagnostic check and repair of my e-bike, without any waiting time. During the repair, we discussed in detail the cause of the problem and possible future solutions. I can wholeheartedly recommend B.O.C. Hagen.

I went there because of problems with my freehub body and my SRAM cassette. Mr. Lang and his team promptly found a solution, and I was able to reinstall my rear wheel on my bike the same day. Competent and friendly service! :) I'm always happy to go there again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to the shop to have my wheel trued and I'm completely satisfied. The service was very fast, extremely friendly, and competent. The work was done cleanly and precisely, and without a long wait. This is exactly how you want a bike shop to be! Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

I felt very well looked after at B.O.C. Hagen. Immediately upon entering the store, I was approached and given very detailed and helpful advice. On my second visit, I purchased a bike. The bike wasn't in stock, but it was delivered within a few days. Upon picking up the bike, I also encountered friendly and helpful employees; the bike was ready and waiting for me, and my final questions were answered.
