We bought a new children's bike. René's advice was excellent; my son (5) felt very comfortable and was able to test it out at his leisure. We were even able to borrow a helmet to try out the bike since we had forgotten ours. All of this is truly exceptional; we had already visited several bike shops before finally making our purchase. Thank you, and we'd gladly shop here again :-)

Yesterday, I had a bicycle presented to me at the shop. After a thorough, professional consultation and a test ride, I bought the bike. I really had no other choice. Thanks to the advice and the bicycle recommended according to my wishes, my expectations were perfectly met. I'm so happy I made this decision to buy my bicycle at this shop. I know that sounds a bit silly, but it's perfectly acceptable to be euphoric when you feel completely well taken care of with such a decision. Absolutely wonderful, I'm completely satisfied. A huge thank you to the team at Bike Store Hagen! My brakes were squeaking at high speed, so I just drove in without an appointment. A friendly employee immediately took care of my problem and fixed it within minutes. The brakes now work perfectly and are silent again. I highly recommend their service – so straightforward and helpful.
