I highly recommend the bicycle department at BOB, located on the upper floor of the car dealership of the same name. The conversation was relaxed, and I felt comfortable the entire time. What started as just one bicycle turned into two! My specific requests were taken into account and handled professionally, making the decision much easier. I can highly recommend this store. The salespeople take their time and answer all your questions. That kind of service is rare these days. What particularly impressed me was that I casually inquired whether they also sold e-scooters. I thanked them informally and said I would come and take a look at them the following Tuesday. On Saturday, I received a call asking if I was the customer who had inquired about e-scooters. I was surprised by the call; the salesperson just wanted to let me know that he wouldn't be in the store on Tuesday. I was incredibly impressed that he remembered. Customer service is clearly a top priority there. Thank you for the pleasant experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After registering in advance, I picked up a 16" KUbike for my 3-year-old today (I already knew what I wanted). The bike was already there, ready to go, and after a short, competent introduction and test ride, the little one was able to get started right away. The bike is great, my son is happy. Thumbs up 👍👍 Oh, and if you want, you can also buy a car to go with your bike, or vice versa 😅😅

I used the service for the first time to have a mountain bike inspected. The on-site consultation was very friendly and competent. The work to be carried out was discussed in detail beforehand and completed on time as promised. Excellent service, highly recommended!
