I was there recently and just needed a stem spacer to properly adjust the headset bearing play. Even though I didn't buy the bike there and it was a €1.50 item, I received friendly service and was even given a tip in case the spacer didn't work. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend RadSportKraus and thank you again.

Thank you very much for the detailed advice and the fantastic bike we bought from you. The bike fits perfectly; without this advice, we would have bought the wrong bike! We're also very grateful for the tip about JobRad (bike leasing)! We highly recommend it!

The conversion of my wife's bike to an e-bike was done quickly, professionally, within the specified price range, and with a friendly, customer-oriented approach. He gained a new customer.

Very good advice and service. I needed to replace some parts on my bike and went to several bike shops. No one was willing to help me or sell me spare parts. Only at Rad Sport Krause did I get all the parts, as well as good tips and help with installation. 👍🚲 🚲 🚲 🚲 🚲 Highly recommended 👍

I've been a customer of Radsport Kraus for many years and will always remain one. The service is always friendly and the advice is always competent. Any problems with my bike are always resolved quickly and reliably!

Excellent service! He was the first to respond to my inquiry and immediately the only one willing to modify the bike according to my specifications, which he did very well. The fact that the bulky bike was delivered to me free of charge, traveling over 30 km, was the highlight of the already very friendly and competent service. I can absolutely recommend Mr. Kraus.

My chain broke on my racing bike, so I went to Kraus to have it fixed on my 40-year-old bike. It was repaired very well and quickly; Mr. Kraus is very friendly and competent!

I'm completely satisfied. After going to a bike shop where someone was supposed to be a professional, and he made a dismissive comment about what I had... I went to Rad Sport Krause and he really helped me like a pro.

My roughly 30-year-old Schauff racing bike, which I wanted to get back in working order, needed new brake pads and brackets. So I visited Uwe Kraus Radsport in Hagen-Eilpe, and lo and behold, he still had exactly four of them. What a joy! My bike now has new inner tubes, new tires, and new brakes, and is as much fun to ride as it used to be.

When I was there, I was treated very rudely. Apparently, they don't want to deal with beginners. I did end up getting the replacement part, but I'll certainly never go there again.

What goes around comes around. As a retailer, I don't have to tolerate every word choice from the customer.
