The name says it all... I went there to have a set of tires mounted on new alloy rims. But it was unclear whether the new lug nuts would fit. I pulled up and found two extremely friendly mechanics standing in the doorway. I asked them if the nuts might have the correct thread and pitch, and they immediately began examining them. Great! After about five minutes, the resident dragon, in the form of a young woman, came flying out of her shell, scolding me for daring to enter the workshop without an appointment or work order, talking to the mechanics, and interrupting their work. She insisted I owed them a tip. Quite perplexed, I said that I should never come back... The response when I accepted the tip was, "I hope so!"... I will certainly follow through on that! Fortunately, there are competent, and above all, customer-friendly and competent alternatives (tire shops) on Weststrasse and Schwerter Strasse. What an outrageous person! That's not what customer service looks like!!!! Update & Reply to your comment: a) That you, as the boss, behave so rudely towards a potential customer is simply unacceptable. b) The concept of customer service is foreign to you. You could have at least said hello politely and asked what the underlying problem was. These things are usually clarified beforehand. And then a new order with a new customer could have been established. You have simply disqualified yourself; such behavior is unacceptable. I feel sorry for your friendly "subordinates" who have to work under such a heavy hand.

Dear Mr. Hardi,<br><br>This so-called dragon was the boss. We consider her actions outrageous and unacceptable. Generally, one checks in at an office or sales desk and explains their issue. (You, however, went directly to the workshop.) An order is then forwarded to the workshop. If, after the repair is completed, someone tries to simply drive off without even the slightest indication of intending to pay, I find that unacceptable. Our employees do a great job and they need to be paid; even small things (15 minutes of labor) cost us money.<br><br>For example, if you have a doctor's appointment, you can't just walk past the assistants without a word and sit down in an examination room. It's comparable.<br><br>Perhaps you now understand why we are also very upset about your behavior.<br><br>That's life, sometimes you're just not a good fit...<br><br>Update to your last comment: You should consider whether you acted appropriately. You obviously have a guilty conscience; Just let it go and don't visit us again. That would help everyone.<br>...

Last autumn I had my wheels balanced for winter. That was done perfectly. Since I now needed new tires for my summer wheels, I contacted them and placed an order. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction, and at a really fair price.

Flat tire thanks to a metal splinter. Spontaneous and IMMEDIATE repair. After a good hour, I was able to continue driving. That's what good service is all about, thanks to the Sackmann team.

Unfortunately, I got a flat tire in Schalksmühle! I didn't have a spare... Sackmann immediately sent a mechanic who repaired the car... I was able to drive straight on to my next appointment! Thank you so much and excellent service!

A really nice team. Very helpful. Of course, the price is significantly higher than buying tires online. But all in all, the staff/boss are very friendly and helpful, always taking the time for the customer. That's really great. Keep up the good work! We'll be back.
