AAA, more than satisfied all around. I recently ordered two items; payment, processing, and shipping were all exactly as expected. We then had some questions because the items (two inflatable balls) differed slightly from the product images. Contacting them by phone was easy, and the call with Ms. Heile was very friendly and professional. They asked for a photo of the received goods so they could investigate the issue. This was promptly done, and we received feedback the very next day. Sportco.de decided that, due to the discrepancy between the received goods and the product images, we could keep the fully functional items and even refunded the full purchase price.
