Nothing but problems... I placed my order via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an order confirmation. I then spent three weeks trying to clarify the situation by phone! In the fourth week, I finally received a call back. According to Mr. Holbeck, there were problems with the email inbox. I reordered and received my goods relatively quickly. After washing the long-sleeved shirt three times (according to the care label), the print is now coming off. I've sent three emails with photos and made several phone calls since last week, but I still haven't received any response. I find this very disappointing, as Holbeck's products are actually very good! In this review, I simply want to state that the customer communication is appalling! I'm sorry I can only give one star.

The ordered items were promptly billed via PayPal. Unfortunately, the service was not provided. After two proactive phone calls, I was informed of the cancellation. I hope the money was at least put to good use in the meantime. At least the refund process was smooth.

Limited & Co., and surely not without reason. Stay away. Absolutely disreputable! Either hopelessly overwhelmed, or—judging by the other reviews—it's a deliberate scam. I ordered on December 16, 2020. They claimed everything was in stock. The last partial delivery arrived in April 2021. In between, there were multiple exchanges and returns: once an employee had supposedly mixed up the item numbers, another time the supplier couldn't match the goods to our order, and they simply disappeared. When you do get a reply by email, it's quite friendly. That's why I'm giving them one star. Overall, however, communication is extremely slow and unprofessional. The telephone hotline is a joke: nice Eastern European employees who, unfortunately, couldn't say anything about the matter. My issue was recorded three times, and then nothing happened. No response to written inquiries. I've been waiting for three months for a refund for the returned items. And all this while, as a board member, I have a responsibility to the club members who paid in advance in good faith. I don't wish anyone ill, but this company should disappear from the market! We're buying locally again now; it costs a few euros more, but in the end it saves time, money and nerves.

CAUTION - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! I ordered two items on January 4, 2021. On January 27, I had to cancel my order in writing because the goods hadn't arrived, and no one could give me any information about the delivery status by phone, despite repeated inquiries! After my cancellation, one item was shipped, which I immediately returned. According to the tracking information, this item arrived back at Teamsport Holbeck on February 6. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK! I've been waiting for a refund for a month - no one is available by phone. I filed a claim for buyer protection with PayPal last week - hopefully, it will work.

Never again!!! Apparently completely overwhelmed by online retailers!!! Ordered two items in mid-December, received one, and sent it back. I got my money back after three weeks, but only because I called and followed up. Still no refund for the second item, which hasn't been delivered yet!

WARNING, this appears to be a fake shop or on the verge of bankruptcy! I ordered on December 18, 2020, paid with PayPal, and still haven't received my order as of January 12, 2021. Inquiries are going unanswered. Update: The item is unavailable, and despite repeated requests for a refund, there has been no response! After approximately 1.5 months, my purchase price was finally refunded!

The end of online shopping is on its way! Delivery only after a reminder, and then the wrong material is sent. The promised return label isn't sent, and repeated requests for a callback aren't met either. Only the invoice is sent at lightning speed. My teacher would have said: "Get a 6" back in the day. Actually, I would have given 0 stars, but unfortunately, that didn't work.

I ordered and paid for a basketball there! A complete disaster! First, I received an email saying the model wouldn't be available for another two months (even though it was officially in stock) and that I should get back to them as soon as possible to see if I wanted a different model or just wanted to wait the two months. So I went to their website, looked up two possible models, and asked if they were available. Four days without a response, even though I was supposed to get back to them as soon as possible! So I called and luckily someone answered! This person was from customer service, but the only thing they could do for me was let someone know that I should get a call back from someone who could do something. So I waited another two and a half days and nothing. I called again and the same thing happened again! Waited two days and nothing! I finally had enough, so I called again and canceled the item, which, strangely enough, worked in seconds! I wanted a decent basketball as soon as possible during my vacation, but unfortunately, that's out of the question. I didn't hear a word from the employee after I emailed him several times. I think it's a real shame that they can't take care of the customer here because the otherwise nice customer service is useless and the employees are apparently completely overworked.

There were major problems with the delivery of my order. Initially, I couldn't contact the shop because I received no reply to my email, and the phone number didn't work. However, I did eventually get in touch (using the provided phone number!). And the person I spoke to was very friendly. Mr. Holbeck was truly very helpful. I received the items I ordered (four weeks after placing the order). Perhaps they could work on improving their accessibility; they certainly weren't lacking in friendliness. I am very satisfied with the items and their quality.

Ordered goods. Delivery time stated as 3-5 days. Paid in advance. 8 days later, a terse email with the text: "Clarification required." I immediately called. Response: Clerk on the phone. Will call back as soon as possible. No call back. I then tried three more times to contact an employee. Always the same answer, and never a call back. This behavior is inexplicable for a businessman and, to me, indicates an unreliable and unprofessional company with which one cannot conduct successful business. In my opinion, one should not do business with this company!!!
