Thank you so much for the excellent service. My bike is back in top condition just in time for the start of spring, thanks to you. I'll definitely bring it back there for its next service next year. Service and value for money are excellent!

Perfect service. I have a leased bike and was there for the second time; they billed the leasing company directly for the inspection, I got both appointments at short notice, and I was able to pick up the bike on the same day. They kept all their promises and were very, very friendly.

I have nothing but good things to say. My e-bike and my wife's vintage bicycle are always in good hands at this bike shop. I've had my bike serviced twice now, and it was excellent. No complaints whatsoever. Scheduling appointments was very easy. The same goes for my wife's bike, which is about 40 years old now and, thanks to the excellent care and repairs at this shop, will surely last for many more years. The guys are very polite and always approachable. Of course, someone might be having a bad day now and then, that happens everywhere. So, I'm happy to give them 5 stars. Keep up the good work! A very satisfied customer

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars at all, just an Oscar for rudeness and service 😡 I don't usually write reviews, but this has really made my blood boil 😡 I've never encountered such blatant behavior. The whole ordeal started with the inspection. We had booked the pick-up service for an extra 20 euros. When I asked for proof of purchase, I wasn't given anything. Only after I took a picture of the employee's pick-up slip did I receive two small pink slips of paper. Okay, you think, these things happen. When the bikes were returned, and I asked for the inspection reports, they said, "I only have the original ones with me. Give me your email address and we'll send them to you right away." I had to chase them down (by phone) for two days until they were finally delivered. According to the report, two things hadn't been done on my husband's bike. I called the workshop again, and they told me to bring the bike in. When we arrived, it turned out we had driven there for nothing; it was due to the manufacturer's policy. Okay, that was still acceptable, but annoying. I had a handlebar stem ordered while we were there. The employee told me to come by as soon as it arrived and they would install it for €10. When I arrived for the installation (which had been arranged by phone beforehand), one of the employees (who was incredibly rude) suddenly said they didn't do it without an appointment and that the installation would cost between €10 and €15. I explained that it had been agreed upon beforehand and that I would not pay the €10 plus the cost of the ordered item, as the other employee had already told me. Reluctantly, he installed the stem. On the way back, however, it quickly became apparent that the stem was too short and there was no noticeable difference while riding. So I ordered a different one online (I was sold one with a 40-degree angle, but I ordered one with a 90-degree angle). I called the workshop, explained the situation, and asked for an appointment to have it replaced. The employee on the phone told me to come by on the 18th at 8 a.m. and we'll install it. So I went there this morning at 8 a.m. Apparently, even a simple "good morning" was too much to ask. When I told the employee I had an appointment for the installation, he went to the aforementioned employee (apparently the foreman; since I don't know his name, I'll describe him as slightly overweight – this isn't meant to be offensive in any way, it's just a description of the person), as all the other employees were very polite! This gentleman told the employee I would have to wait an hour for the installation. I replied that I certainly wouldn't wait an hour if I had booked a specific appointment in advance. Well, after a brief exchange with the friendly employee, I left the workshop without the installation being carried out. The audacity couldn't be greater! 😡😡😡 I strongly advise everyone to avoid this workshop. Because of today's incident, I went to a repair shop in Marl. And what can I say? Absolutely fantastic! Quick installation without an appointment, very friendly staff with top-notch service.

I ordered Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires for my e-bike there and handed them my bike over for installation, paying accordingly. They were supposed to mount them on both rims. Instead, I received inferior, no-name tires that were also advertised as "puncture-proof." After just one road ride, I had a flat on my rear wheel – a clear sign of the poor quality of the product. It's a disgrace to install inferior replacement parts and charge full price without even asking if it was even okay. For this reason, I can't recommend using their repair service.

The employee was incredibly unfriendly. He clearly didn't want to work on a Sunday. I've never experienced such rudeness before. He was even rude at times. No instructions on how to use the bikes, no accessories, no goodbye. Find a different bike rental place!

I brought my bicycle to a repair shop with a faulty brake and, as a regular customer, was given a repair appointment in three and a half weeks. Since I rely on my bicycle, I expected this repair to be carried out quickly as an emergency repair. Unfortunately, the shop employee showed no understanding in this regard. Therefore, I cannot recommend this shop. My bicycle was repaired immediately at another location.
