We purchased a wireless doorbell system with a camera from the Maxwelt24 eBay shop almost two years ago. Unfortunately, the doorbell stopped working shortly before the warranty expired; unfortunately, it happens sometimes. We then contacted Maxwelt24's customer support and asked for a solution. We received a prompt response within hours, and they were very friendly and competent! They immediately promised a replacement unit, and you won't believe it! Two days later, it was delivered without any problems and without any postage costs! Now that's what I call customer service! Keep up the good work and wish you continued good business. We would definitely use them again...

I ordered a pair of shoes for discus/hammer throwing. The price was great and the delivery was really fast. Please work on your communication. After placing the order, I received a message that an order confirmation would be sent to me, but I never received it. Unfortunately, I also didn't get a response to my inquiry via the contact form. HOWEVER, because of the fast delivery (ordered Friday evening, delivered Monday morning) and the good price, I'm still giving it 5 stars.
