I'm always thrilled! The team on-site is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff really go the extra mile, and you can immediately tell that everything is very well organized. I'm always particularly impressed by how quickly I receive my product. The quality is top-notch, and the service is simply outstanding. I've also ordered products for various teams several times, and everyone has loved them every time. The quality is a big hit, and the entire process is seamless. I'd give it zero stars, but I'm giving it one star just for the selection. As soon as it comes to complaints, the store refuses to take responsibility, and the "assistant manager" responds rudely. Our soccer cleats broke after less than three months (the sole cracked)... You should get a lawyer involved if you want to make a complaint and aren't satisfied. Customer service is definitely not a priority here... Never again! A small update... we bought our next pair of shoes from Nike.de, and there were quality issues there too... but they immediately sent us a return label and refunded the purchase price... now that's what I call customer service! 😁

We've ordered here several times already. Whether it's T-shirts or jerseys, everything is perfect. Excellent service, fair prices, and incredibly fast delivery (especially useful when you've missed a deadline). You even get personal attention from the owner. I don't think there's anything Ballsportdirekt can't do. We'll definitely order again!

Actually, 0 stars. Very poor service. The jersey I ordered got "stuck somewhere." I haven't received the item after more than five weeks, even though I paid for it. Unfortunately, I will never buy anything from them again.

We've been Ballsport customers for nine years and have always been completely satisfied. The agreed delivery dates were always met. Even spontaneous orders, such as for a championship celebration, always went smoothly. The excellent customer service is particularly noteworthy: When we once had a problem with a soccer shoe, we were helped immediately and without any hassle. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch – a reliable partner that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Answer: Your response only shows me that you weren't willing to serve us. They showed us eight pairs of soccer shoes. But no advice was given. Very disappointing We were in this store yesterday and were unfortunately very disappointed. Two salespeople behind the cash register, but no "Hello," no smile, no interest whatsoever. The salesperson (apparently a trainee) only brought my son a pair of shoes in his size. When he said they were pinching and didn't fit properly, all she said was, "Then we don't have any." – no alternatives, no advice, nothing. Although the store was empty, no one made any effort to help, even though the situation was clearly audible. I would have happily spent a lot of money at a local store, but I could have gotten this "advice" online – only at cheaper prices. We then went to another store, where we received expert advice and were happy to pay more than we would have paid online.

We're sorry you weren't satisfied with us... between ecstasy (5 stars) and sorrow (1 star) there are so many ways to realistically share your experience... for example, you could have mentioned that we offered around 6 models to choose from, giving us an above-average selection in the football boot category regionally... a little cooperation and effort is also needed on the buyer's side.

It's great to have a store like this in Hamm and the surrounding area! A huge selection of the latest football boots, great indoor/handball and running shoes. Excellent advice from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really great!

The initial consultation is good; they tell you which shoes fit, etc. However, you can't return the shoes if they don't fit (and you trusted the advice) because they've been "worn," even if you've only worn them once. When I politely try to return them, the staff is very rude, which I find incomprehensible. It seems as if the initially good service is only aimed at making you buy something at any cost.
