We took our bikes there for inspection. Everything was fine. The inspection was carried out quickly, and my wife and I were given a written report detailing each step of the inspection. We were very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, their speed, and their accuracy. I also think it's important to have your bikes checked regularly; it makes them less prone to problems.

I picked up my bike from its service today. I was very satisfied with the service and the price. Given this excellent service, I expressed my surprise at the negative Google reviews. I then received a very open explanation about their origin and the company's deliberate choice to leave them. Yes, there are some dissatisfied (potential) customers. In my opinion, these customers are responsible for not having used or appreciated Hallmann's excellent and friendly service. We have been customers for years and have bought all our bikes from Hallmann, as well as having them serviced and repaired there. Service, price, and performance have always been outstanding. We will continue to be loyal customers of Hallmann.

I am deeply shocked by how insulting the reviews are. Calling people "parasites" and other such things is utterly despicable. If someone walked into the store with that attitude, I wonder how the staff would react. To make a long story short—all the employees were friendly to me at all times and made a very competent impression from the start. In an emergency, I received immediate help and my bicycle was repaired as quickly as possible. Could that be because I treated the staff with respect? As a customer, see for yourself. Enter the store with courtesy, and you'll see how appropriately you'll be treated.

Something happened to me today. I'm from Kamen and wanted to give my friend a book at the Hallmann bookstore in the annex on Wilhelmstrasse. I turned on my hazard lights and handed the book to my friend at the door. My friend came down briefly (about a minute) to look at a bicycle at Hallmann's. Suddenly, a white-haired woman came running into the parking lot and shouted that I was being rude and that I wasn't even allowed to stand there for a minute. She didn't let me get a word in edgewise. I actually wanted to go inside, but her behavior made me feel really bad. It's such a shame – where has all the common sense gone?

Fantastic service. I called in the morning and my bike was repaired by the afternoon. It wasn't a minor repair. I felt very competent and received excellent service. I would definitely use them again!

I have to say, I was saved from a huge scam at the Hallmann workshop today. I'd been to e-motions beforehand, and they told me my bike's freewheel was broken and that it would cost €100 including shipping, installation, etc. I'm so glad I didn't go for that. When I got to the Hallmann workshop, they immediately told me that the freewheel wasn't broken at all and that my chain had simply come off. They even oiled my chain, pumped up my tires, and tightened some screws. Besides that, the two guys at the workshop were incredibly friendly and professional. They really saved my weekend next week! :) I'll definitely always come back here if I need anything done with my bike, because they do top-notch work here without any shoddy workmanship!

This is a minimum of 5 stars! A very competent workshop team with experienced and friendly people. My e-bike was inspected at Hallmann. When I picked it up, they adjusted my seating position a bit, and now it's a real pleasure to ride. Kudos to Bike Center Hallmann.

This morning on my way to work, a shifter cable snapped. My gears stopped working. I contacted Bike-Center Hallmann and they immediately replaced all the shifter cables and protective sleeves. Excellent service, quick turnaround, 100%!

Their mechanic got me out of a real emergency once! No rip-off prices for parts and labour and done in minutes. I’m looking at you, Soest!!

Super friendly and very helpful staff. I couldn't get one of my new pedals replaced, so I went straight to Hallmann without an appointment. When I explained my problem, they helped me immediately. I would go there again anytime. Thank you so much!
