Hi everyone! I had a flat tire on my bike and reported it through Lease a Bike. Neßeler Bike Shop contacted me about the flat tire. The technician called 10-15 minutes beforehand, as agreed, to say he was on his way. He removed the tire, fixed it on the spot, did a quick test to make sure everything was okay, and then left. A fantastic technician and very friendly. Great company. Thanks again!

Diagnostics = 👍 Spontaneity = 👍 Repairs = 👍 Friendliness = 👍 Price = 👍 Helpfulness = 👍 A bike shop like in the good old days 👊🏼💪🏻 Experiences/What happened: 1: A student had his saddle stolen 👉🏼 he was given a new one! 2: I wanted to buy new brake pads for my e-bike because my rear brake wasn't working anymore 👉🏼 He looked at my brake, spontaneously unscrewed the old pads, showed them to me, and said: You can keep your brake pads, we'll just bleed the brakes 💪🏻 Done Thank you

So much expertise and customer focus all in one place. I am absolutely impressed not only by Mr. Nesseler's specialist and industry knowledge, but also by his almost unconditional customer focus. The breakdown assistance, in particular, is such a great service; I wonder how often I and my friends could have used it in the past if we had known about it.

I had to go there spontaneously because of a flat inner tube and tire on my rear wheel. The service was very quick and friendly. They repaired and replaced it immediately. €20 for the fitting plus parts seems reasonable to me. I felt like I could come back again if I had any further problems. If they're not too busy, you can get your bike back ready the same day :)

Very fast and efficient service. They explain the problem very clearly and make every effort to advise you so that they don't replace the most parts, but only what's really needed. They repair and service all bikes, regardless of where they were purchased.

Fast and easy help right over the phone! My e-bike kept displaying an error message. The local bike shops wouldn't repair it because it wasn't their brand, so I called Fahrradhaus Neßeler. They were able to explain the problem to me right there on the phone and show me how to easily fix it myself. It worked exactly as described. Thanks for the quick and easy help!
