A satisfied repeat customer! ;-) After being very happy with our first bike purchase, we bought our second one from Marius as well. The service was once again absolutely fantastic, and the bike was perfectly fitted and measured to my exact needs. The price was extremely fair and reasonable considering the quality, and the bike leasing option made it even more attractive! My wife and I are absolutely delighted with our bikes. I emailed a request for an inspection 10 days ago and haven't received a response yet. Today I also tried to reach someone by phone – after more than 20 minutes on hold, I gave up. For 20 minutes, all I heard was, "Did you know? Did you know?" Yes, the only thing I know now is that the service was disastrous. Very disappointing, as I expect better service and a faster response from a specialist dealer.

Absolutely professional and knowledgeable. Helps even with difficult issues. I was turned away elsewhere, but here I always received help. Totally friendly and helpful. It almost reminded me of the old shops that weren't part of a big corporation. Top-notch!

I highly recommend this shop. Excellent advice, based on absolute honesty. They really help you here and don't try to sell you something you don't want or that isn't right for you. Marius and his team are all incredibly friendly. :)

I can highly recommend the business! I haven't seen such a dedicated owner in a long time. I felt more than comfortable with the advice at all times, which is why I have often bought bikes there. 10/10!

This is exactly what I call good service. Highly competent, fast, and friendly. The advice is excellent, and you never feel ripped off. They really know their stuff. I felt very well taken care of. Definitely recommended, and if there's ever anything wrong with my bike, there's only one place I go. Top bike shop! 👌
