Super honest and fast! Another dealer wanted to charge me €400 to replace my brakes and rotors. Here, they told me everything was still fine – I only had the pads replaced at my request. Everything was done within half an hour, excellent work for a fraction of the price. The brakes were perfectly adjusted: no squeaking 😊 Highly recommended!

Heiko's service isn't just top-notch, he's incredibly friendly. You'd be hard-pressed to find service like this. No other bike shop in the Hamm area takes so much time for such a fair price! Heiko checked and perfectly adjusted our daughter's new bike. He was able to get an appointment at short notice. Heiko has a wealth of expertise, and you feel like you're in excellent hands with him. We'll definitely be back, and all our bike-related needs—inspections, repairs, etc.—will be discussed with Heiko and handled by him in the future. Many thanks!

Heiko is such a nice guy!! And he really knows his stuff!! We got an appointment for a child's bike at the last minute, after many other shops in the area turned us away. Instead of trying to rip us off, Heiko advised us to send the bike back and buy another one. This thing is junk!! We will definitely contact Heiko for repairs in the future!! Thank you!!!!

I booked a test ride for the SMAFO e-bike online. Contacting them and confirming the appointment was straightforward. Overall, the trip to Hamm was 100% worthwhile and I would highly recommend it. Heiko's expertise and friendly advice completely won me over. He answered all my questions. The test ride was perfect for making a purchase decision. I arranged a test drive with the Smafo 3. I received a very thorough briefing before the test drive, and then we set off. I was accompanied for part of the way, and a few more details were explained to me. I ordered a Smafo 3 that same day, and it was delivered on Saturday three weeks later. Everything was perfect.

Heiko offers very knowledgeable and fair advice. He'll even tell you if a bike isn't the right fit. It's a bit out of the way, unfortunately, but I'm happy to make the trip for such good service. 👍🏼 Excellent value for money!

Heiko is simply the best!!! I still owe him a review, so I'm doing it now. Last year I bought a bike online and had him assemble and adjust it. The service was simply top-notch, his expertise unparalleled... he knows what he's talking about. The guided bike tours he does for the city of Hamm are simply fantastic.
