Today my husband and I visited Ski-Tenne for the first time – and we were truly impressed. We've never experienced such competent service and such warm, attentive care in any other store. The owners are extremely friendly, patient, and highly knowledgeable. You don't feel like just another customer here, but like a valued guest. We originally only wanted to browse the selection and check the prices – but we left with fantastic new ski boots and perfectly fitted, custom-made insoles. Skitenne – never again! Ski boots were sold in the wrong size, and both the salesman, Jürgen, and his wife were extremely uncooperative and stubborn, refusing to exchange the boots under any circumstances. A voucher as compensation was vehemently rejected with much protest.

Since I wanted to buy new ski boots, I was looking for a specialty shop. Based on the good reviews on Google, I decided on Ski-Tenne Hamm. This family-run business truly deserves to call itself a specialty shop; I haven't experienced anything like it in a long time. They take their time with their customers (please make an appointment beforehand) and are 100% attentive to their needs! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent service; you can tell the owners are passionate about skiing and put their heart and soul into what they do. They offer a wide range of services for skiers and snowboarders, and the boot service is particularly recommended if you have problems or pressure points. It's best to make an appointment for longer consultations, as they really take their time with each customer. In addition to ski service, they also offer rentals, so you can take skis or snowboards on vacation or try them out in the Sauerland region.

I had my ski boots fitted at the Ski-Tenne. I'm truly impressed by the passion, the personal advice, and the patience with which they helped me. I've rarely experienced a shop where such genuine dedication is found. It's really great. Fantastic and very attentive service. The owner took his time; it's not like a typical, impersonal shop where they just sell you something – here, the customer is king. He adjusted the shoes until they fit perfectly. A small business that distinguishes itself through its friendliness and service. Here, they have time for YOU.

Yesterday was my first time there, and I had an appointment with my girlfriend to get ski boots and skis serviced, as well as helmets, goggles, and poles. Not only was the advice from Jürgen, his wife, and his son outstanding, but their expertise and value for money were also excellent. I can only recommend Ski Tenne to anyone who wants truly unique advice based on years of experience. In short, I was impressed with everything from the initial consultation to the final product. All prices are also non-binding recommended retail prices. Top shop, top staff, top advice, and I felt such a sense of satisfaction and joy when I left. On top of that, there's no time pressure, and everyone takes the time to address your individual needs until you're completely satisfied. This is precisely what makes this shop stand out and sets it apart as the best in its field.

To cut to the chase: 100% recommendation! A fantastic shop with excellent advice and very friendly staff. Even if you only visit once or twice a year, you're greeted like a regular customer, and the staff has an incredible memory for names. The advice is always friendly and unobtrusive, and there's always time for a casual chat. The equipment on offer truly covers everything from beginners to professionals, and at unbelievable prices. Out of curiosity, I compared prices, and Ski Tenne's prices were significantly lower than all the online prices.
