I was looking for a strong fishing line, but for model making. My request was addressed immediately, and I was taken seriously. The advice I received was friendly, helpful, and competent. That's not always the case when you're just looking for a winch cable for your remote-controlled car. 😅 I'll definitely be back.

The selection of fishing gear is excellent; it's large enough, and you can find all the basics you need if you know what you're looking for. That's why I'm only giving it two stars: There are people who haven't been fishing since they were eight years old and have questions—questions about the differences between lines, where to find what in the store, or what a good rig would be for a particular target fish. I've learned several times that you shouldn't ask questions while the owner or Julian is chatting with one of his regulars. They get very annoyed and curt then. I'm told to look it up on YouTube, they turn away after every question, and they don't want to explain too much, which I would have gladly accepted. You often get the feeling that you're interrupting. But don't worry, if they recommend I do some research online right from the start in the tackle shop so as not to disturb the great conversations of the regulars, then I'll do that from now on. And online I also buy things that I would have gladly bought in your store, even if they were more expensive.

The shop is small. You can only find the bare essentials here, in my opinion. There really isn't much of a selection. I would have given it 4 stars, BUT when I bought a reel from you in May, the locking screw for the handle was missing. Since then, I've been there 5 times and each time I've been given some excuse. Instead of simply unscrewing a screw from an existing reel or giving me some kind of replacement. Now it's almost November. So you've definitely lost me as a customer. Latest update: I received the locking screw.

As you are surely aware, we test ALL reels and rods that pass over our counter with the utmost care. Missing or defective products are not given to the customer, but are replaced and taken back by the respective representatives of our suppliers. Therefore, we cannot understand why you accused us of withholding your screw.<br><br>As a gesture of goodwill, we tried to arrange a free replacement part for you as a regular customer through Fox, which unfortunately took some time due to the delivery situation. You are correct about this. Very friendly and competent staff with a large and excellent selection. It's now the only fishing shop I visit for shopping and expert advice. They have something for every angler at a very fair price.

My son stocked up on new gear here, and he also received excellent advice and tips, plus a really generous discount. I highly recommend this store; they have everything you need for all kinds of fishing, and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and offers tips wherever they can. See for yourself.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fishing tackle shop and was thoroughly impressed. First of all, the shop's location is simply perfect. Not only is it centrally located, but there's also ample parking right outside, making it particularly convenient. As soon as I entered the shop, I received a warm welcome from the staff. Their expertise and passion for fishing were immediately apparent. They took the time to answer my questions and offered personalized advice tailored precisely to my needs. As for the selection, I can only say: it's truly extensive and diverse, with a wide range of rods, lures, and accessories. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced angler, you'll find everything your heart desires here. The selection truly leaves nothing to be desired. Overall, my visit was an excellent experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can wholeheartedly recommend this shop to any fishing enthusiast.

Very friendly and competent advice. As a beginner, I wasn't pressured into buying anything expensive. Prices were definitely not higher than online. Possible rigs for my first fishing trip were sketched out and explained using a line. I felt very well taken care of. If I need anything again, I will definitely buy it there. Parking is available right in front of the store.
