Excellent service! I had my bike serviced there. Before replacing the bottom bracket, they called to confirm it was okay. The bike was finished within the agreed time and budget. When I picked it up, the friendly team explained the work they had done. Thank you so much!

Too fast to be true. Today I went into the shop expecting to have to leave my bike for a while. But I was met by highly motivated employees who got my bike working again in no time and took care of all the necessary paperwork at the same time. I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time—simply top-notch service.

Excellent service! There was a problem with my rear brake, and a mechanic fixed it immediately. He also oiled my chain. All this in record time. It couldn't be better. I've gained a customer. Thank you so much for the quick help!

I was sold a bicycle with the wrong frame size, according to the system, by the owner himself. If I unexpectedly had to jump off the saddle, I'd hit the top tube hard.⁹ I actually thought the advice I received was good. I think a bicycle expert should make sure that a frame fits the customer. The phone call with the salesperson was unhelpful. "What do you want from me now? Nothing's happened." That's a shame. Regarding your reply: I never mentioned wanting to exchange the bicycle or request a replacement. My purpose in the phone call was to give you feedback regarding safety, as I thought you might be interested in that.

Top address for everything related to bicycles. I've now bought my second bike here. The whole team is fantastic, friendly, and competent, and they always try to find a solution, no matter how big the problem. The workshop does thorough work and at fair prices. Highly recommended!

I went to Niehues today with a problem with my brakes, and they helped me immediately and in no time at all. They even checked some other screws while they were at it. In less than half an hour, I was back on my perfectly functioning bike. I had a similarly positive experience with my husband's bike a few weeks ago. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm so glad you guys are here in Hamm, thank you so much, and keep up the great work!

As part of Mobility Day, we were guests at Zweirad Niuhues in Hamm. We presented new products for 2025 and offered test drives. In perfect spring weather – "blue sky" – a wonderful event with a good turnout. Always a pleasure to be in Hamm.

Hello everyone, I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I have to say how disappointed I am with Zweirad Niehues. It wasn't a big deal, really—the bike was taken in for a service, and after my wife picked it up, I later noticed in the garage that there were oil stains all over the floor around the chain. Upon closer inspection, it seemed the chain had been smeared with oil. The entire bike, from the spokes to the sprockets, was covered, including my wife's trousers. For such a professional shop, especially one that also raised the service costs, this is truly unacceptable. My wife was fobbed off with the explanation that the stains would come out. I've never seen anything like this after a service; it's really sad. This was definitely our last visit to Zweirad Niehues.
