🚴‍♂️ Finally back on the road – and all thanks to a true cycling genius! 🎉 After weeks of struggling with my Sushi eBike (the ambition to fix it myself sometimes outweighs my own skills 😅), I contacted Kai from Fahrradschuppen-Bruenen – and what can I say: best decision ever! Kai diagnosed the problem remotely in record time, sent the replacement part immediately – and after just 36 hours, my eBike was back in top condition and I could finally start pedaling again. We had Kai replace the electronic components on our Sushi Bike California Roll +. Kai is truly very competent, helpful, and friendly. There were a few other problems with the bike; Kai fixed these perfectly and also gave us valuable tips. We highly recommend Kai.

So far, my experience has been good to excellent. But with the last order, despite repeated inquiries, there was no response. Not interested? It's been many weeks. A shame!

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!!! My wife has a Sushi Bike (California), for which it's not so easy to get information and help with technical problems. The motor assist on our bike has stopped working. So I started looking for service partners and, after a few unsuccessful attempts, contacted Fahrradschuppen Brünen via their contact form. And now get this! It took less than a minute!!! before I received a call from Kai Kunze. During the call, he explained his experiences and the possible causes of the problem in great detail, so I was able to immediately identify the brake levers as the cause of the missing motor assist. Apparently, the motor is supposed to deactivate when the brakes are applied; I suspect this is a safety feature, which is why a malfunction would cause this issue. Even I, as an e-bike novice, can replace the brake levers, and I'm thrilled. I'll definitely keep Kai and his Fahrradschuppen in mind and have saved their contact information. In the future, we'll go there first, even if we have a long ride. ... It's almost surreal that after weeks and just before giving up, such a fantastic service experience brought about such a turnaround. Thank you!!!!

Kai is truly excellent at his craft. He demonstrates great dedication and takes the time necessary to thoroughly solve every problem. My sushi bike had numerous minor and technical issues that needed to be addressed. Kai took care of every single problem and fixed everything perfectly. Now my bike rides like new again and runs absolutely flawlessly. Thank you so much, Kai! Bike repair shops with such dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm are far too rare these days. It's reassuring to know that there are still people like Kai who practice their craft with such passion and dedication. I highly recommend his services!

My Sushi Bike California Roll 3.0, purchased in March 2024, began to make annoying creaking noises in the rear wheel area after assembly. After unsuccessful visits to two bike shops, I contacted the Sushi Service partner, H. Kunze in Brünen. He was familiar with the issue and recommended that I first oil the freewheel sprocket and loosen the chain tension slightly. The creaking noise subsided, but was still not eliminated. In a subsequent phone call, he recommended replacing the sprocket. No sooner said than done, I did it myself. The noises have been eliminated. This is how good telephone service works, even over 100 km away. H. Kunze is technically competent and always very friendly. I highly recommend this specialist. I contacted Kai because I was having problems with my Sushi Bike and hadn't received any help from Sushi Bike's customer service. I found him in the Sushi Bike Facebook group and simply messaged him. He replied immediately and understood my situation perfectly. He's so helpful; you hardly ever find that kind of service these days! I'm absolutely thrilled and would recommend to anyone living nearby: Take your bike to Kai—it's in the best hands, and so are you! Kai solved my problem within a day, and I'm incredibly grateful!

A very competent bike mechanic, very helpful and always friendly. His customers are his top priority. Kai gives many technical tips for all kinds of modifications. He also provides assistance with small and large repairs and with maintenance on all aspects of bikes. Unfortunately, I don't live nearby, but I met Kai personally through a Facebook group for SUSHI e-bikes. All I can say is...hats off to someone who, in their free time, always helps with answers, descriptions, and photos of repairs or conversions, and is always on hand, friendly, and even explains things three times over, deserves a very good rating. That's why some members of the group have even been there in person. 🚴🥳🧡
