Please note: I ordered several bikinis at the beginning of July and returned all the items in mid-July. Since then, I've been waiting for an order status update from the payment provider Klarna, who, in turn, blame Planet Sports. Planet Sports hangs up on the phone – I received a promise via email at the beginning of August that my issue would be addressed, but nothing has happened since! They only respond to negative online reviews with lightning-fast excuses – this company clearly has the wrong priorities. Instead of supporting customers, they shift the blame onto Klarna. We used to enjoy being customers at the Planet Sports store in Karlsruhe. A very sad development!

I used to order from here regularly and enjoyed it. I recently tried to order a jacket during their 70% off sale. After three weeks without receiving my item, I discovered that my order had been cancelled without explanation or notification. Unprofessional!

One month ago, three of my parcels were marked as "delivered to me personally," but I wasn't even home that day. Planetsports told me to wait until this Friday while they contacted DHL, then next Friday, and then they stopped responding to my emails. I still have received neither my parcels nor a refund. I cannot recommend this. I also have not received my refund for returned items (which has reached them more than 30 days ago). The store used to be cool, but after what feels like 10 new owners, it's now completely worn out... Sad to watch its decline...

A year ago, I ordered and paid for ski clothes at Planet Sports in Hattingen (goods valued at over €400). To this day, I haven't received my money or the items. Planet Sports blames DHL and ignores me as a customer. I have to write to them regularly and remind them that I'm unfortunately still waiting for my money. I've never experienced such poor service...
