I visited WAVe-Bikes and I'm more than satisfied. The team is incredibly friendly, takes their time, and provides honest and expert advice. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. I received very straightforward, extremely dedicated, quick, and friendly help here. I don't even want to think about the scenario when I think of that three-letter dealer. When buying a bike, you should also consider the after-sales service. At Waves-Bike, it's absolutely top-notch. They don't just talk about service here, they live it.

Great workshop that gives excellent advice to customers on what's necessary and what isn't. I had my 22-year-old bicycle repaired there – it rides perfectly again. Another workshop had already advised against the repair, claiming it wasn't worth it anymore. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I was completely satisfied with the service.

WOW! I'm very surprised at how well this family business operates and how quickly the repairs are done. The prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop, especially since they have a large selection of children's and regular bikes.

A few weeks ago, I bought my first e-bike here. I felt very well taken care of, as I received excellent advice without any time pressure. The employee went to great lengths to explain everything and show me how and where everything worked, since it was all completely new to me. I've now almost completed the first 300 km and the first service is due. I'm really enjoying my new ride! Highly recommend this bike shop! 👍🏻

We bought two bikes from WAVe-Bikes. One for me as a trekking bike through a lease, and the other for my wife, which we bought outright. I find the prices quite reasonable, and the selection is adequate. If a bike in a specific size or color isn't in stock, you can order it (or have it ordered). Depending on the number of customers, you might have to wait a bit, but then you receive their full attention, and everything is explained and demonstrated thoroughly. The entire process, both for the lease and the outright purchase, went very smoothly, and they demonstrated every function – especially helpful for e-bike beginners. After almost a month, we've put the first 200 km on them, and the first service is due soon – we'll see how it goes.

I recently bought an e-bike at this little shop in Hennef and I'm absolutely thrilled! The service was truly outstanding – very friendly, helpful, and dedicated. The advice was excellent: everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, without any time pressure or sales pressure. I felt completely at ease. You can immediately tell that they work with passion and expertise. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop – everything is just right: quality, advice, and customer service. Thanks again!

As you know, it's often the case that people share their negative experiences in reviews rather than mentioning the positive ones. I visited Wave Bikes with my girlfriend in the spring, and we were very satisfied! Despite the high volume of customers at that time of year, they took the time needed to find the right e-bikes. Extensive test rides, excellent advice, and the expertise of the entire team allowed us to take our time deciding and choosing the perfect bike together, without the salesperson constantly being distracted by other tasks. We felt very well taken care of, and the service six months later confirmed this! No matter the issue—saddle, seatpost, helmet, or suspension settings—everyone provided expert advice. In general, everyone is very friendly, and the process is straightforward. That's how buying a bike should be, and I would definitely go there again.
