I had an excellent experience both with my initial purchase and later with a warranty return for a pair of Inzer knee sleeves. The process was handled quickly, efficiently, and with great kindness. A special thanks to Susanne, who was incredibly helpful and made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

I was after a pair of Inzer wrist wraps. They were not in stock, but Susanne informed me once they received a restock and was super helpful with shipping the wrist wraps to the Netherlands (where I live).

I ordered two custom-made BOLT Bench shirts from Hantel-Hartmann, and my experience has been quite disappointing. Firstly, the communication from their side was incredibly slow. I sent several emails regarding my order and received replies after an unreasonable delay. This lack of prompt communication left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Moreover, the delivery of the shirts took much longer than initially agreed upon. With competition coming up, this delay added unnecessary stress to my preparation, and I found it unprofessional on their part. The breaking point for me was when one of the shirts tore just two weeks before the competition. What's baffling is that I was using significantly less weight than I had with a previous shirt, yet this one tore. This points to a clear quality issue, which is further compounded by the fact that new custom-made shirts require time to get used to and break in. Adding to the frustration is their return policy, which is in conflict with EU regulations. Reflecting US return policies in the EU is simply unacceptable and possibly illegal. Overall, my experience with Hantel-Hartmann has been nothing short of awful. The combination of late email replies, extended delivery times, a torn product, and questionable adherence to EU regulations has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I hope others can learn from my experience and approach their purchases from Hantel-Hartmann with caution.

I've been working as a personal trainer in Cologne for many years now, and I also deal extensively with retailers and equipment manufacturers. It was the friendliest conversation I can remember, combined with truly professional advice.
