The staff is quite unfriendly. Instead of addressing customer needs, they prefer to make rude comments about appearance. Never again.

I'm really disappointed with JD. My mother bought me shoes two days ago as a surprise. She's older and didn't notice the blue pen marks on them; the shoes were clearly already dirty when I bought them. When I went to the store today to exchange them, I was treated disrespectfully. Instead of showing understanding, they accused me of buying them that way myself and immediately told me an exchange wasn't possible, even though they sold them to my mother dirty. No attempt at compromise, no solution, no courtesy. All the employees were disrespectful.

The place is very clean. The service is very good and the price is fair. But id does not have allot to ofer.

First off, the service was really friendly, no complaints there. The store itself was also very tidy and clean. However, in this day and age of ordering today and getting it delivered tomorrow, I find that an 8-day Click & Collect delivery time is definitely too long. That's why I'm deducting two stars. I also wonder why same-day Click & Collect isn't possible in Herne, even though the products are clearly in stock. If I had known that my product was available in Herne, I wouldn't have placed a Click & Collect order but would have gone there directly. Unfortunately, this information isn't displayed anywhere.

Homepage of JD Sports says, the store has open until 20:00. Was there at 19:15 and employee already had closed the door and sent me away. Wasted my time.
