My 4-year-old e-bike needed an inspection. I also needed a few new accessories due to natural wear and tear. I was surprised that my request was addressed promptly at the Fahrrad Korte workshop. After a professional assessment of my bike regarding the extent of the required service and repairs, and super friendly advice from a great team, I promptly received a quote. Since I already had a comparative quote, I knew Korte was the right place for me in every respect! And the workshop staff went one step further by tackling my bike immediately! I wasn't expecting that at all, as you always have to make appointments with longer wait times elsewhere. That's what you call customer-friendly service! - And the price/performance ratio was also right! Hats off and a huge thank you to the entire workshop team! A few hours later, my bike was in perfect condition, to my complete satisfaction, and I was ready to pick it up. In the future I will always go to Fahrrad Korte in Herne!!
