Last year, I ordered weightlifting shoes as a Christmas present for someone from Kraftsport-Krone online. Unfortunately, the recipient was very particular about the fit, so I had to keep ordering different sizes. And even though he couldn't decide on any shoes (which was a bit awkward for me because of all the back-and-forth shipping), I got the feeling that Kraftsport-Krone really understood how important the right sports equipment is. I even spoke to the owner himself on the phone, who was not only very friendly and helpful but also kept us informed about the shipping costs each time and still included a little something extra (a bottle opener) in the package, even though we ultimately didn't buy anything. So, thank you again for the professional help; your service deserves high praise (not something you can take for granted these days with Amazon and the like).

We ordered shoes here for our next competition. Since the competition was next week, we mentioned that we would appreciate them arriving as quickly as possible. We received a very quick reply informing us that the shoes were on their way within just a few hours. They arrived on time, were of excellent quality, and even came with a personalized letter. A very good shop indeed.

About five months ago, I wanted to order an Imtug (mini hand gripper) and inquired about it. Unfortunately, it was sold out everywhere, but I was told I would be informed as soon as it was back in stock. After more than four months, their excellent customer service actually contacted me. Unfortunately, I no longer needed the mini hand gripper. However, I had other questions, and these were answered quickly and competently, even on a Sunday. Although no purchase was made, I must commend them highly for their outstanding service and can only recommend their excellent customer service to everyone.
