WARNING!!! I've been ordering from them for many years, but I've never experienced anything so outrageous. I returned my order on August 29, 2023, and to this day I have received NO credit. No one is responding to my emails, and no one is answering the phone for weeks. Furthermore, the order was shipped to the billing address and not to the shipping address I specifically provided. The delivery time was not as stated. Even after repeated requests, I have received no documents (invoice/credit note). There wasn't even an invoice included in the delivery. I would like to mention something positive, but unfortunately, there is nothing to say. "Unprofessional" is putting it mildly. I have now contacted my lawyer because I have no other option, as there is no way to communicate. A solid F!!!

A fantastic shop! The salesperson was incredibly friendly and helpful. After visiting many different shops, my daughter and I finally found what we needed here. We'll definitely be back whenever we need something.
