My e-bike was running well, but as usual, it needed its annual inspection at Zweirad Romanski. Now my e-bike is running VERY WELL. Everything important was checked, simply TOP-NOTCH, and even finished ahead of schedule. Excellent craftsmanship! Thank you, see you next time!

Yesterday, I was greeted at Zweirad Romanski by two extremely friendly gentlemen, received excellent advice, and immediately felt comfortable. Today, when I returned the bike (after only one day), a super nice lady helped me: quick, professional, and done in a flash! The service? Unbeatable. I only paid under €30 to replace the rear tire tube on my Zündapp Z101 e-bike, while others easily charge €80 to €200! And that was without an appointment, without stress, and without any rip-offs. Anyone who reads this and doesn't go to Romanski is missing out on genuine, honest, top-notch craftsmanship! Here, you're not just treated as a customer, but as a person. Fair prices, friendly people, and first-class work. Clearly, 5 stars are almost not enough. I even saw that they replaced the missing screws on my rear brake light free of charge—I'm speechless. (In a good way) 👉 My recommendation: Save yourself the hassle and money and go directly to Zweirad Romanski.

I can highly recommend this shop! I originally went to a large bike shop where I have my leased bike. They offered me appointments with a two-month wait. By chance, I ended up at Zweirad Romanski – and what a stroke of luck! I received expert advice, and the entire team is incredibly kind and friendly. My bike needed repairs and servicing – all covered under the lease agreement. My bike was ready in just one week! I give them 5 stars! We simply need more shops like this that have heart.

We are extremely satisfied with this workshop. We dropped off our bike in the morning and it was ready by noon. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. The price and service were simply outstanding. This workshop has definitely gained a new customer. We highly recommend this workshop. 5 stars from us! 🌟

The selection, service, and quality have declined over the years. In the past, we received good advice; today, the quality is significantly worse. When we were looking for a new bike, we were repeatedly promised that they would source bikes that met our specifications. Ultimately, the bike we were offered for purchase had only a very limited connection to our previously clearly expressed expectations. Of course, we didn't buy it, but instead found what we were looking for at a competitor.
