Big sale signs lure customers into the store, but the prices aren't attractive! I bought a Nike bag with (supposedly) a 30% discount. At home, I checked the price online and found that the bag was €8.00 cheaper there, including shipping! Tip for all bargain hunters: grab your phone and check the prices!

As soon as you don't look European, you get followed everywhere you go in the store because they think you're stealing. I'm extremely disappointed by this unprofessional behavior! I didn't feel comfortable there at all today; I felt discriminated against. The saleswoman needs some manners, because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the store is closing. The owners are retiring. Apparently, no successor could be found. What a shame! They're having a clearance sale right now, and there are discounts on everything. It's worth checking out. The shelves are still well-stocked. Great selection of ON shoes!

Update February 6, 2025: Now there's a clearance sale... poor service and no customer service whatsoever! The staff seems annoyed and irritable! Due to serious foot surgery, my wife needs top-quality sports/trekking shoes! With Ms. Ules' excellent advice, shoe shopping is a pleasure. You can browse at your leisure, ask questions, and everything about the chosen model is explained perfectly! Simply fantastic service... Thank you and thumbs up! 👍

I've never experienced anything like this before! Looking for everyday (running) shoes and hiking boots, I decided to visit Intersport Ules after a quick online search. After being warmly greeted and offered assistance upon arrival, it quickly became clear: customer service is paramount here. After providing my shoe size and information about my orthotic insoles, as well as an assessment of the running profile of my existing shoes, the fitting could begin. But it didn't take long. While the first pair of running shoes was a bit too small, the second pair was the perfect fit. With the hiking boots (which I ended up buying as ankle boots), the very first pair I tried fit perfectly. Here you'll find service par excellence combined with great products. Thanks again for the excellent advice!

We went to Uhles again yesterday to browse. We left with two pairs of running shoes and a T-shirt. As always, we were greeted warmly and received extremely friendly and competent, yet not pushy, advice. It's a pleasure to shop at Uhles—we're always happy to come back. Great, expert advice. I was looking for running shoes, and after a professional measurement and expert advice, I selected perfectly fitting new jogging shoes and running clothes. I then achieved a personal best at the Palma Run 😄! I highly recommend the Ules sports shop!

About four weeks ago, I bought two pairs of sweatpants and a baseball cap. Ms. Ules personally served me and gave me excellent advice beforehand. Service at Ules has always been, and continues to be, excellent, as has the quality.

The workers are not friendly, when you come into the Shop they can't even greet Customer,I Think they are RACIST..,
