I had my bike serviced there for the first time. It's running perfectly again. The advice was excellent, and I even learned something new after so many years. As an added bonus, they tamed the mess of cables around my handlebars. Thanks a lot, and thanks for the delicious cappuccino too! 😉

I visited 2Rad Lampenscherf today and test-rode a ToutTerrain bike. Unfortunately, it was too big. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere.

I just wanted to have a look at e-bikes and check out other bike shops too. What can I say? I received such excellent and understanding advice, and the whole team was so friendly and knowledgeable, that I bought an e-bike there that very same day. Great bike shop! 😀

My first impression is very positive! I had the wheels of a used Woom 3 trued and the brakes adjusted. The workshop completed the repair on the same day (probably just luck, because of Carnival season). Overall, everything is great, and my daughter is already looking forward to riding her bike when the weather gets a bit better. 😄👍

I've taken my cargo bike and my child's bike to the workshop and have only had positive experiences so far. From dropping off the bikes to picking them up, everything is well thought out and geared towards a good customer experience. The team is friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented. While searching for a "normal" bicycle, we were lucky enough to snag one of the last models at Lampenscherf at a great price. Selly gave us excellent and helpful advice, and we quickly found the right accessories. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect service and absolute friendliness, even with bikes purchased elsewhere! I was actually only there because a gear cable snapped on my bike tour, and I wanted to have the front derailleur manually locked onto the larger sprocket so I could ride a little further. On a Saturday afternoon(!) practically at closing time, they not only replaced the gear cable but also discovered that the rear one was about to give out and replaced that one too. Amazing! And on top of that, they served delicious coffee and had a nice chat! I will definitely be back, and I can highly recommend the shop and workshop to everyone!

I've been hunting down a bike for the past 2 months - in Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach, viersen...until finally stumbling upon this gem in Hilden. Great service, good selection, and Lisa, was an honest salesperson who I immediately felt comfortable with. Got my bike there without any hesitation, and I still go back for advice and always get greeted with a warm welcome. thanks!
