Hi, I've been a satisfied customer here for years. This time I had some damage to the bodywork. The Ertner team, in this case Mr. Prause, repaired the damage quickly and perfectly. You can't see a thing, it's like new again! I can always recommend this garage, whether for service or repairs. It always works out perfectly!

Disappointing: Despite a phone call the day before and confirmation from Ertner, the agreed appointment was not kept. The trip was wasted. During an inspection, an LPG system was not reconnected correctly. An absolutely essential valve lubrication system was disabled with the explanation that it wasn't necessary. However, the vehicle manufacturer specifies it as absolutely essential. I've now had it done at another garage. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them for LPG car owners.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the service! They repaired a paint scratch on my car, and the result is perfect – you can't tell the difference from the original. The whole process was straightforward, quick, and professional. I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly team: very nice, communicative, and transparent. As a customer, you feel valued and well taken care of. The price was also excellent and fair! I wholeheartedly recommend this car service and will gladly return if needed. This garage is the worst thing that could have happened to me! My car broke down on Christmas Day and was taken there. When I called after the holidays to ask what would happen next, they told me they were on emergency duty and couldn't diagnose the car. Then they said if I wanted, I could have the car towed somewhere else because it wouldn't be repaired for at least two to three weeks. I would advise everyone against having their car towed there if it breaks down. Never again!

This was my third visit to the garage, this time for a parking mishap – excellent telephone accessibility, and I was able to get in the car the same day. The damage was assessed immediately, the assessment was competent, and the most cost-effective solution (Smart Repair) was suggested, instead of the unpleasant prospect of a comprehensive insurance claim. Other services (e.g., tire changes) have also always been carried out at a fair and reasonable price. Friendliness and customer service: 10/10!

We were traveling from Lake Constance to a trade fair in Amsterdam in our motorhome when, halfway there, the oil light started flashing. We called about ten garages in and around Cologne, but none could help us quickly. However, Auto Ertner was able to, and very quickly at that, so we were able to continue our journey after about 90 minutes. This meant we made it to the trade fair just in time. A huge thank you to the Ertner team!

I actually wanted to sell my car and even had a sales appointment lined up. For two years, the interior had been damp, and my previous mechanic couldn't find the cause! By chance, I ended up with Mr. Ertner. It was a Saturday, just before closing time. I was actually there with a completely different problem. I casually mentioned the water damage, and Mr. Ertner took a good look at my car. Like I said…it was a Saturday, just before closing time!!! He told me not to sell the car; he could fix it. Since this is my late father's car, I'm very attached to it. But the dampness inside was really bothering me. I got an appointment for three days later!!! And three days after that, my car was ready (I only just realized that the passenger window could only be opened from the driver's side). When I picked up my car, that damage had also been repaired. I received pictures of the car's condition throughout the process; I was always kept informed. And all for a more than fair price!!! Thank you, Mr. Ertner, and the entire team. I'm so glad I listened to you. You made the impossible possible for me, and I'm so happy that I can continue driving my father's car. From now on, we'll always come directly to you with our cars. If anyone knows their stuff, it's definitely you. Thank you for everything!
